A new hotel clean with an exceptional location in the heart a fantastic rooftop bar and pool! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. A really excellent stay and the breakfast superb . A really great 5 star experience

Pros:

Location, staff and cleanliness plus the breakfast was the best of all 6 hotels we stayed in this week

Cons:

Very pricey plus they made a mistake at dinner on my coeliac request - genuine mistake which they realised

Excellent location
Pros:

The location is amazing, within walking distance of the Alzacar.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent, and the view was absolutely beautiful.

Perfect location
Pros:

Very modern, excellent location, brilliant rooftop. Ample space for sunbathing and relaxing - alongside the bar. Amazing views of the cathedral.

Cons:

Silly but noticeable - the slowness of the lifts and needing to press the button for each lift individually.

Just the construction noise from the neighbouring building but there isn’t anything the hotel can do about that

Pros:

In diesem Hotel passt einfach alles. Hier wird Service und Freundlichkeit groß geschrieben. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Auch liegt das Hotel so zentral, dass wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
