Perfect location
Pros:

Very modern, excellent location, brilliant rooftop. Ample space for sunbathing and relaxing - alongside the bar. Amazing views of the cathedral.

Cons:

Silly but noticeable - the slowness of the lifts and needing to press the button for each lift individually.

Just the construction noise from the neighbouring building but there isn’t anything the hotel can do about that

Pros:

In diesem Hotel passt einfach alles. Hier wird Service und Freundlichkeit groß geschrieben. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Auch liegt das Hotel so zentral, dass wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Tout était parfait de l'emplacement central à une belle chambre spacieuse et les commodités de l'hôtel. Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps :) pour pleinement profiter de l'hôtel et tout voir à Séville.

Central location with brilliant staff.
Pros:

The location is brilliant. The staff were outstanding. Beatrice at reception was incredible. So many good suggestions and a fabulous resource. Luca greeted us at the door, helped with bags to the room and warned us about the precautions we needed to take with the bad weather conditions. Rooms were wonderful. Fantastic hotel

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had
Pros:

We felt truly pampered during our stay at Querencia. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The hotel is clearly very well run, beautifully decorated, organised, and supported by a team that works incredibly well together. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish.
The location is super central, which made getting around very easy. The reception team was always kind and helpful, and their food recommendations turned out to be excellent.
The beds were unbelievably comfortable - after just four nights, we felt completely refreshed. The room was comfortable, spotless, and very cozy (we also had a wonderful view over the square!). Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal.
Breakfast was a highlight. The fruit, cheeses, and ham were incredibly fresh (seriously… where does that fruit come from?). We also loved having local options like Spanish omelette, as well as the local cookies (dulces conventuales), which we couldn’t get enough of.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it - the fish dishes were excellent!
Although I’ve traveled a lot for business over the years, this hotel easily ranks among the top 3 I’ve ever stayed at. What truly makes it special is the team, the warm atmosphere, and the attention to detail. Every day we were greeted with genuine smiles that made us feel welcome and cared for.
A special mention to Emma, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile and always remembered our order. She is a true professional and a real gem.
If we could give this place 100/10, we absolutely would. It was unforgettable, deeply relaxing, and a stay we’ll remember for a long time.
Thank you so much for making our holiday such a wonderful experience!
