It was clean, well lit, and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. The beds were so soft and the rooms were immaculate.

The place is new, clean, quiet location though near I-20. Next door to Cracker Barrel. Night front desk lady was very pleasant, friendly, welcoming.
Though new, the design decisions were terrible and not practical. The location of the coffee maker in the room is great for super short people, very difficelt to pour water into the machine, got a back strain having to bend so much to use.
The hallway carpet is new, but the design and colors are nauseating.
WORSE: The toilet has a super water saving bladder in the fill tank, displacing 90% of the water capacity. That means when you flush the toliet, nothing happens. A ripple of water but all paper and BM remain in the bowl. NO matter how many times you flush it. I imagine the property maintenance man has to go room to room very morning rectifying the problem, the cost of paying a plumber to visit the property and guests vowing to never return all due to trying to save a few gallons of water but causing a financial drain on the property and a repulsing reputation.

Staff was very good. Room carpet was dirty. Had a stain that looked like it had not been cleaned up at all. Fitted sheet kept coming off of bed.
I like the workout room, the pool wasn't in service and the shower door didnt close well so i see why the wall in the bathroom was separating.
Had switch rooms the room was dirty honestly both rooms were dirty but the second one was better. There was rust everywhere the refrigerator was dirty the towels were dingy some of them were white and the tub was dirty had to put a towel in it to take a shower. The manager was no help wasn’t sorry about anything we complained about I wouldn’t stay here

The room was located between two security lights in parking lot, there are no curtains just a shade that comes down that does not shade lights you could still see everything in room and the light kept me up. Then there was no coffee in lobby and no one in kitchen area or at front desk to ask for it to be filled .
