Great rooms, nice views, loved being on the water!
Pros:

The setting and restaurant/lounge area was lovely.

Cons:

No complaints except the hot tub was out of commission during our stay and that was frustrating, but it is what it is.

Pros:

Wonderful breakfast! Real eggs and lots of good options. Located right off river. Great rooms we specifically stayed there because of the kitchen in the room and the pool, both were great. The place is in top condition and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here more than once because we enjoyed our stay so much.

Cons:

Could have had a few more staff. A couple of time (we stayed a week) the other guests were a bit loud or disruptive (unsupervised kids doing backflips in the pool) and there wasn't always staff able to have an eye on these things or offer helpful reminders which could have shifted things. It was a bit more expensive than places we usually stay, but had more amenities.

Double charged with no help
Cons:

Adrian is rude and refused to help when they charged us 2x. One charge with booking then the property charged us as well . Stayed multiple nights and it was pricey ! To have it charged 2x is insane . And no help was given by residence inn. Stear clear.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, the breakfasts were delicious, and the pool was great. The hotel has a large area for walking, and there are bikes available for rent. We went for a bike ride with my son, and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
