Very nice place and location
Clean, spacious room. Great pool. Next to a large park.
This Residence Inn is hands down one of the best managed and well maintained facilities by the Marriott. We stayed here in June of 2023 and then again, June 2026. The landscape and the general areas are still as well kept and clean as before. The cleaning staff is meticulous and, with an exception of one humorless front desk person, the staff is friendly and helpful. David (I believe that is the gentleman’s name) who serves at the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I have watched him over the course of three days managing to keep the foods stocked and fulfilled the requests of guests, always with kind words and a smile on his face. Thank you!
We had to make two separate bookings to add an additional day and our first room, 414, had a beautiful view of the hills and river. Unfortunately, our second room, 221, while equally clean had a view of the front roof. We left a pillow behind during the transition and the cleaning staff sent us a message and we were able to pick it up. Thank you!
The hotel is by a walking trail next to the river. Going out the back and left will take you to a nature’s preserve park, we actually saw an eagle there. Going right will take you to the public market by the waterfront. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the waterfront where there’s quite a few eateries.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
Lovely location on the river walk. The room was very clean and quiet. The front desk person was pleasant and helpful when asked to find an ice bucket for the room, as well as additional towels and creamer. It was not clear that housekeeping was not included in the reservation. The breakfast provided a wide variety of foods to satisfy the varied needs of our party. It is curious that that roll in shower drain design causes water to seep into the rest of the bathroom when in use, otherwise an enjoyable stay (comfy beds/pillows) as the design and aesthetics of the room are modern and comfortable.
The staff was exceptional. The awesome man that checked us in gave us a top floor room with an extraordinary view of the river. Absolutely wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again.
The setting and restaurant/lounge area was lovely.
No complaints except the hot tub was out of commission during our stay and that was frustrating, but it is what it is.
Wonderful breakfast! Real eggs and lots of good options. Located right off river. Great rooms we specifically stayed there because of the kitchen in the room and the pool, both were great. The place is in top condition and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here more than once because we enjoyed our stay so much.
Could have had a few more staff. A couple of time (we stayed a week) the other guests were a bit loud or disruptive (unsupervised kids doing backflips in the pool) and there wasn't always staff able to have an eye on these things or offer helpful reminders which could have shifted things. It was a bit more expensive than places we usually stay, but had more amenities.
I always enjoy my stay when I am in Wenatchee

The property was Beautiful and in a very good location
Nothing at all the stuff was amazing
We enjoyed our stay and the positives outweighed the negatives. We would likely stay again though as the hotel and staff were quite nice but management policies could be better.
Pros:
As mentioned the staff was excellent and super nice. Shout out to Savanah and the bar staff who provided excellent service and recommendation. Also the breakfast staff was excellent and polite. One of the staff members remembered my wife has a gluten allergy and would bring her gluten free options without having to ask! We were impressed.
The restaurant/bar had good food at reasonable prices. Normally, hotel restaurants can be pricey but this wasnt.
We were part of a sports team and this was one a tournament hotel. It was quite busy being the MLK holiday weekend, with teams staying during the tournament, and many recreational skiers also staying during the long weekend.
My experience is that many hotels and their staff can be rather annoyed by teams but the staff here was wonderful.
Cons:
My complaint would be towards management and their policies, which is not a reflection on the staff. Mainly, they required us to sign a contract guaranteeing a minimum revenue amount and that if we did not reach that amount, the room rate would change to reflect that minimum amount. In all my years of traveling with sport teams, I have never been asked to sign such a contract with any other hotel. It seems excessive and unique to this establishment.
We had requested to book a banquet room for the team to watch the Seattle Seahawks playoff game, however, were advised that while we could book a room, their catering staff was unavailable. Therefore, we could not have any food and we were not allowed to bring outside food, as it had to be catered by the hotel. This doesnt make sense. We were fully ready to have the hotel cater, but it isnt our fault that the catering was unavailable. That's on the hotel, not on us. We should have been allowed to bring outside food if they could not accommodate.
Luckily, the bar had specials and we were able to order food and sit in the bar to watch the game.
Finally, when I checked in, I asked whether I could upgrade to a bigger room as we were a family of four staying in a room with one king size bed a pullout sofabed. We were advised that nothing was available.
I understand that. Its a tournament weekend and a long weekend. However, less than 15 minutes later, one of the other team families asks for a cot, and gets upgraded to a bigger unit with 4 beds. This was entirely perplexing how one minute, they have no rooms, and then next minute a different clerk magically finds a room.
We would have a later experience with the same clerk when asking for extra blankets and again he felt quite put out by our request. He should be put in for re-training or leave a customer service profession. Unfortunately, I was unable to catch his name.
With respect to the free breakfast, it would be nice if they had options such as toast. They only had bagels and english muffins. It would also be great if they added potatoes/hash browns to the breakfast.
One of the waffle makers also did not fully cook the waffle and it was still slightly uncooked in the middle. I did not experience this on the end machine though. Other parents also complained about that waffle maker.
