Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage

Nice hotel, next to Tokyo Skytree. Decent size clean rooms, and hotel staff was friendly. Train station is few metres away, and Asakusa is like 20 min walk, if you don't to take a train. A lot of shopping n dining options at the Skytree building.

Great hotel, if I return to Tokyo I would stay here again. Staff super nice, breakfast was great and they had iced coffee. Room had slippers and pajamas, nice tub with free amenities like bath bombs. A train elevator was at entrance to hotel making getting around easy. Sushi spot Kura in same building was great. Everything was clean and safe, sky tree area was our favorite district, weather seemed cooler than other areas in Tokyo. Check in and out was easy. Nothing but good things to say about our stay here.

Value for money, condition of the room was excellent. Amenities were high quality and proximity to Skytree Solamachi are convenient for shopping and travel to other hubs. Breakfast included option was varied and fantastic. Would stay again

Great location in front of the Sky Tree and train station. nice service. The room very clean and very nice sky tree view from room window. You can walk to the shopping center. highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Very convenient. Only issue was the room was very small for 4 people.

Stayed here for a week during our time in Tokyo! They have the best vending machines on floor 7, washing facilities that are convenient and clean on floor 8 (can also monitor the time left on your machine from the tv monitor in your room), and the floors above the reception desk (located on floor 3) were locked for security and could only be accessed with a key card so very safe! The area nearby has plenty of great shopping as the Sky Tree and mall are across the street and is an easy walk through an intersection. There’s also a great grocery store owned by the hotel across the street with plenty of options even meals! There’s a great revolving sushi bar downstairs on floor 2 with delicious options and was easy to get in and out. So much to see and do and we got a room with a view of the Sky Tree which was particularly beautiful to see at night when it would be lit up with gorgeous colors! Such a great hotel and the breakfast was super cheap to add to the stay and it was INCREDIBLE! Tempura, curry, soba noodles, yogurt, fruit, pastries, SOOO MANY OPTIONS! The staff was great and they also offer luggage storage so you can leave your bags until check in or even after check out to explore until your next destination. Also they offer free amenities for your room at the reception desk like toothpaste and brush, headbands for washing your face, wash cloths, cotton pads for makeup removal etc!

Very clean and staffs are nice

Our family of 4 stayed here for three nights. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located next to Skytree Town and train stations. We will stay here again the next time we are in Tokyo.

This hotel was a perfect first hotel to stay at after flying into Japan. From the Narita airport we only had to take one train to Oshiage station where the hotel and Tokyo Sky Tree are right in front of. A minute or two walk from the station to the hotel! The hotel room is very small but good enough to stay to get over your jet lags. Multiple combini within walking distance when you wake up at 3am hungry… We were there in July so constant sweating while walking around but the hotel has laundry(automatic soap dispenser) room that you can check the status of on in room TV which we really loved. The hotel has Kura on 1st/2nd floors which was amazing. From this hotel we easily walked to Asakusa via walking along/crossing over the Sumida river. After staying here two nights we moved to a Disney hotel and we just happened to find out there is a bus terminal under the sky tree that has a bus that can take us to the Disneyland shuttle stop which saved us from figuring out how to navigate the train system with all our luggage. We would stay here again for sure!

The place is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and respectful.

Next the sky tree and train station. Station has direct train to Narita Airport which was convenient for us. Nice shops and restaurant at Sky Tree with a large supermarket opposite.

Clean, nicely maintained hotel in Oshiage. The staff is attentive , the bed/ pillows are comfy. Good bathroom with a powerful shower head and bathtub.Amwnities available at the reception for free( toothbrush, cotton buds, comb, etc) Bathroom is small but functional. Many restaurants around at the mall. Trains conveniently located, Tokyo downtown is just 20 min away. Coin Laundry machines available .good option to stay around.

This was a quality hotel. Enough beds for four people, great bathroom, very convenient access to the metro. Hotel room was small, but I can’t really hold that against them: nearly every hotel room in Japan is small.

Superior room and ammenities. Great service and very professional. Great hotel, great staff, great location.

Front desk was friendly but forgot to mention that there is laundry and ice machine on the 7th floor. Laundry machines take forever to dry. Needs improvement. Location is fantastic and convenient as grocery, malls are nearby and skytree is only 3mins away.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. Right next to sky tree town and direct train to airport is super convenient. Breakfast was tasty. One thing I like to mention is that you can check the status of the coin laundry machine from the tv which makes it stress free. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to go up to the terrace for a nice view and great photo spot of the skytree.
