The location and the size of the room
Internet access was blocked on the smart tv because a guest forgot to log out from their Netflix account. Why should i be watching Portugal tvs in Portuguese language because of this?
Even if the accounts are blocked at least I should be able to share my phone screen to watch the content on tv. Another solution would be to provide a mini hdmi to usb-c cable to do the connection. It was very boring at the hotel in the evening.

We arrived by train to the Oriente Station and it's a short walk away. The staff happily allowed us to store our bags since we arrived early. Very clean room and bathroom. Our room on the 14th floor overlooked the Straw Sea.
The hallway lights on the 14th floor were flickering.
O café da manhã foi muito bem servido. Precisava de uma hospedagem próxima ao aeroporto e o hotel atendeu às expectativas e necessidades. O check-in foi rápido e o quarto tem um tamanho bom e o banheiro também. Camas confortáveis e estava tudo arrumado quando chegamos. A estrutura aparenta ser nova e moderna.
Alguns amenities (como touca e outros itens) estavam disponíveis apenas mediante solicitação (conforme um pequeno aviso próximo ao espelho) e como cheguei tarde e precisava sair cedo, só vi essa informação no quarto e não solicitei, poderia ser ofertado ou informado no check-in. O café da manhã poderia começar mais cedo, ainda que com menos opções, pois por ser um hotel próximo ao aeroporto algumas pessoas podem precisar tomar café antes das 7h para pegar o voo.
