Loved this hotel for the great value for money mostly. Nicely fun decorated even if quite compact.
Ended up having a river view without booking it (always appreciated)
Breakfast was very nice too and quite affordable.
About the hotel itself all was fine.
However I forgot my phone charger and it was quite a challenge to finally have it back. From the housekeeping that registered the forgotten item in the room next door, to the waiting time for the call to be answered when it was answered at all. The message on Booking was never answered. The staff that tells me that will call back and never do...
In the end was very much thanks to one front desk staff member, Bruno Alves, that I managed to finally retrieve my charger. Ultimately he did all the difference for me to not lower drastically my rating. He deserves a raise!

Easy to reach from airport, as the metro is close (5 min walk). Breakfast was really excellent, the staff is very helpful.
The operation, programing of the elevators is not suitable fot such a big hotel. One elevator out of 3 was not functioning. It is worth choosing the riverside of the hotel because of the trains on the other side.
