Pros:

My family was so happy; they come from Mexico to join a Tennis Tournament and the 8 years kit was avaible to use the pool and gym to get warm before tournament; winning the 1st place!! Also they told me the breskfast was great. Im glad they went back to home very happy.

Cons:

Maybe need an additional parking.

Cozy and quiet stay
Pros:

Easy check in, centrally located, bar and restaurant located in hotel.

Cons:

I didn't like I was told I needed to pay for valet which was $31 and friends came to visit me and they parked without paying valet.

i didn’t eat breakfast, i have alot of food allergies and there wasn’t anything i could eat

Cons:

i didn’t like being woke up to hear a dog barking and crying in distress inthe room next to me. I didn;t like having to call two times about it. i didnt like that i wasnt offered a discount for this. I didn;t like that the guest desk couldn’t offer me a discount when requested. I was told someone would call me about it. No one called. The valet hostess was very very nice and gave me a business card. I sent an email and have not heard back. I would never stay again.

A reggeli nagyon finom volt, csendes volt a környék, tiszták voltak a szobák.

Cons:

Egy üveg víz a szobában 8 dollárba került, mely nem volt egyértelműen jelezve, hogy fizetni kell érte. Nem lehet kinyitni az ablakot. A wifihez regisztrálni kell a szálloda appjában. Parkolás körülményes és nagyon drága, 31 dollár éjszánként.

Pros:

The hotel was so clean and nice. The food from the restaurant was pretty good. And the staff were absolutely amazing. One of the valet girls was the best. She was so nice and informative about everything she honestly deserves a raise and promotion she was a big part of what made our stay so wonderful from the very beginning. I forget her name but she was excellent. Then my daughter got sick in the bed and the staff was kind enough to bring us all new bedding. The staff were just so amazing.

Cons:

It was expensive but it was a very nice hotel and totally worth it.

Solo el cuarto aunque no era muy grande

Cons:

El desayuno terrible para el precio muy incómodo hacer fila para agarrar y el desastre que avía y la comida parecía plástico horrible el primer dia solo puede comer avena nada más el segundo día no agarre nada
