本来酒店房间离大堂就远，外卖还要自己下去拿？另外，入住两天，第一天做完清洁后，把牙膏牙刷全部收走了？？？？？？第二晚我不需要用吗？这个价格的酒店，这些都是基本的东西吧？
Excellent relatively new hotel, huge and imposing
Everything was great
The hotel is nice
The aircon is not cold, the fridge is hot, one of the lights in the toilet is hot.
It was pouring rain when we got on taxi to hotel from airport. Taxi driver had no idea what hotel it was n where the location was when I showed the English hotel name and address listed on Expedia. I managed to get the Chinese translation of the English hotel name and address but they were all incorrect. When we arrived at the area called Taoxichuan, even staff from other hotels had no idea.
As it turned out, the hotel English name is Hyatt Unbound while the Chinese name is 凱悦臻迭.
Expedia must correct the hotel English name followed by the hotel name in Chinese to avoid confusion. Also imperative to get the EXACT address from hotel itself n revise the address on Expedia listing, n warn customers to be sure to show REVISED n CORRECT hotel name n hotel address, both in Chinese, to taxi drivers.
It was a scary n unpleasant experience, esp in pouring rain.
Nice staff and nice atmosphere
The hotel closed the load so in the night, noisy，And the breakfast room temperature too low.
A stylish hotel, and surprised by their excellent service. The breakfast is amazing. Besides the local food, the coffee, the bread and the salad are also much better than I expected.

Front desk staff are not as helpful as I would have expected in term of local dining.
Design. Cleanliness. Furnishing. David chipperfield design. Beautiful Proportions. And spaces Very nice. Great location. Colors. Great bath tub and bathroom design.
No spa services. Not many English speaking staff.

There were people smoking in hotel lounge and band was way too loud at night

Bar staff is not able to make cocktails. Bar music is way too loud
Excellent and top service, room guidance staff is very helpful to take caring of luggage and directions. Environment and hotel design is very unique, I like it.
