Great overnight stay

Even though we have a timeshare within the same vicinity, it was a nice change to stay at IHG.
Pros:

The atmoshere of the hotel and the presentation of the lobby. The breakfast was nice and accommodating with a variety. It was conveniently located to our activities.

If at first, second ... oh well, hope this room isn't occupied!
Pros:

Great location, very clean and one of the best included breakfasts I have seen....easily would have been a 10 of 10 if not for the multiple occupied room issues.

Cons:

Checked in, went to room found it occupied by another guest, called down to front desk and they asked for me to come back down to them. Was given another key card for room on 3rd floor, it also didn't work, called back and desk attendant came up to try her key and that room was also occupied. After about 40 minutes we were finally settled in a first room floor, told by attendant "I 'll see what the front office manager can do in the morning, and note your account." Went to check out and nothing had been noted, I had to explain what had happened, the manager did make it right by waiving pet fee and providing points for free night.

Overall, the hotel was excellent. Staff was very good and helpful, room clean, breakfast decent. The one drawback is that the restaurant across the street had outdoor karaoke until about 9pm, which, if your room is located on that side of the hotel, you will hear clearly. Additionally, the trains at night are nearby and loud. I didn't have ear plugs with me, so not the best night's sleep. While not the fault of the hotel staff, it is a drawback.

Pros:

The hotel was spotless. Check in was seamless. It was very easy and suited to stay there with my dog (we stayed on the ground floor). I would highly recommend this hotel.
