Aunque era una habitación muy pequeña, había de todo (aire acondicionado, nevera...).
Todo fue a través del móvil, incluyendo el acceso a la habitación. En ningún momento vimos a nadie. No había opción de desayuno, ni cafetera en la habitación. Las dimensiones de la habitación.
Our stay was perfect, we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a better room at Purvis Street. Thanks a lot to Divina, Rome, and Belle for their amazing work!
Kleine kamers, maar heel slim en comfortabel ingericht. Fijne locatie midden in Kampong Glam. Het balkon was geweldig!

I really liked the fast online check-in, the personal help through chat when I had questions and the rooms.
Everything was fine.
1. The room is small but comfortable.
2. There is a microwave in the room.

Great Stay
Wonderful stay at Heritage Collection on Arab! The room was small, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The customer service was excellent—Popo, Trisha, and Kisha were incredibly helpful and always available over the phone. Truly some of the best customer service I have experienced. Highly recommend!

Didn't enjoy the no window room, although it was quiet despite extremely busy street
The room was small but very well-equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The bed was very comfy. Good AC. I greatly appreciated the free laundry facilities. When I requested a dehumidifier, room concierge Bella provided it promptly. The location is superb!
This was my third time staying here, even in the same room, by coincidence, but this time upon walking in I immediately noticed a strong mildewy smell. The room itself was very clean so it must have come from the air ducts, pipes or HVAC system. As long as I kept the AC and dehumidifier on, it was ok. But after a long day of sightseeing and returning to the room, it was back. I let the management team know and thankfully they were quick to react. One other thing that can get a bit cumbersome is HC’s total reliance on digital keys to get into the building, into the elevator and into your room. So you always have to have your cell phone with you AND it needs to be sufficiently charged. Not a huge issue but heads up!

The location was awesome, one of my favourite locations in SG, everything is close by and walkable, transportation work great too!
The room is small, but super convenient, the facilities are great and check in/ out is super easy!
Polo, Trisha and Kisha were always on the phone, eager to help with everything, the luggage the check in and our, extremely kind and helpful!

The bed was comfortable for me, but not sure it would have been suitable for a taller person because it was quite a small bed
Chambre petite mais de quoi accueillir un lit, une salle de bain avec toilettes et une annexe avec lavabo, micro-ondes, petit frigo.
Bien climatisé, à deux avec 2 gros sacs à dos et 2 petits ça se fait bien surtout que vous pouvez aussi les rangez sous le lit.
Possibilité de laver son linge avec 2 lave-linges et 2 sèche-linges en autonomie (lessive fournis).
À 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Bugit.
Pas de personnel sur place mais très réactif par Whatsapp et instruction clair.
Pas de petit déjeuner sur place également mais vous êtes en plein quartier de Arab Street et les restaurants et lieu de petit déjeuner vous entoure donc largement compenser.
