Pros:

The real quality of a service is revealed when a problem comes up and in my case it did- some construction were scheduled on the exterior of the building for my entire stay, the windows had to be blocked and noise was unbearable . The stuff reacted super prompt to my notice and they transferred me in the smoothest way possible. Impecabile job Loc, Popo, Divina , Xia and Mitch!!

Xia, Loc, Popo and Divina were very helpful and prompt with replies. The request for an ironing board was also provided. The space was clean comfy and well-maintained. Overall a great stay for the value. Will 100% recommend this to others.

Great location & great service!
Pros:

Had a great stay here! The location is perfect—right beside Haji and Bali Lane, which has a fantastic youthful energy with plenty of cafes, bars, and thrift shops to explore.

The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The all-digital service was a highlight—my first time using a fully digital system and it was incredibly smooth. That said, the human element was even better; the service was top-notch, and a huge shoutout to Xia, Popo, Loc, and Divina (kababayan!) for being so helpful!

Cons:

While the space is a bit compact (as advertised), it’s excellent value for the money. Just a heads-up: it’s best to travel light, as large suitcases might be a tight fit in the room.

とても快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

とても綺麗だった。困った時のオンラインサポートが充実していて全く困らなかった。特にチェックインの時に手間取っていたら壁にある端末に電話がかかってきてサポートしてもらえたのが助かった。泊まるのに最低限の設備は全て揃っており、ついた時にエアコンがついていて部屋が涼しくてすごく快適だった。アラブエリアまで徒歩すぐで駅からも近く立地は大変よかった。近くにコンビニもあるので飲み物食べ物はそこで調達できる。

Cons:

入り口が一瞬分からず通り過ぎてしまった。部屋の広さは強いて言えばちょっと狭いが、一人で泊まる分には最低限の広さで問題なし。シャワーのお湯を使うためにはスイッチを入れて20分ほど待たないといけない点については注意。初めて窓なしの部屋に泊まったが、起きた瞬間一瞬何時かわからないくらいであとは何も問題なかった。

Desi camera a fost micuta si spatiul destul de limitat, asta nu ne-a impiedicat sa ne odihnim si sa ne bucuram de oras. Pozitionare destul de aproape de metrou/autobuze, la 15-20 min cu transport in comun de centru/ marina bay sands, iar comunicarea ‘la distanta’ cu personalul Loc, Popo, Divina, Xia a fost eficienta.

Cons:

Proprietatea nu ofera un mic dejun( desi nu a fost o problema pentru ca exista diverse optiuni in zona), iar serviciul de menaj este disponibil doar pentru rezervari mai lungi de 7 nopti.
