This property works on a self check-in. I wasn’t aware of this and I didn’t receive any notification or any instructions about checking in by Internet. I went to the property and when I was standing at the door, I realized that I couldn’t get in. I didn’t have Internet, and I didn’t have phone service, and so I almost abandoned the reservation at that point. I went to a café that offered free Internet so that I could contact someone and find out what to do. Checking in involves scanning your passport, taking a selfie for ID confirmation, filling out a registration form, filling out a pre-arrival form, and paying a deposit by credit card. I entered the room more than 90 minutes after I first arrived at the property.
I had received no instruction or notification that I would not be able to check in with my luggage when I arrived. This should be communicated to the guest before they come to the door because it’s not easy to lug luggage down Arab Street. The process for checking in should be explained before a guestbooks the hotel, and well before someone arrives at the door with their luggage. It’s not a suitable stay option for someone who doesn’t have Internet service in Singapore.

Bedroom area only 1 metre 84 cm long wall to wall so if your over that please consider carefully

The system they have with you having to download an application then only receiving you key code after 3 o’clock on the day to get in was arduous time-consuming and totally unnecessary. It took me 20 messages from them just on WhatsApp alone before I got my virtual key to get in and even then you have to go into the application to get into the main door and go back into the application again to get into the elevator and go back into the application again to get to your room and if you leave your phone behind while you’re doing the washing or something and you’re locked out.
Seems like there’s a whole group of people working for the company that have no physical connection with the hotels are all the sitting in Office somewhere sending you lots and lots of generic messages out when you ask some questions to help a different person will send you another generic message out. They were completely hopeless and I regretted staying there after the first five messages I got from them unfortunately you can’t cancel so once you’re in this system you’ve just gotta put up with it. Also if you’re over 6 foot 1 1/2 like I am you will not fit on the bed. It’s too short for you. I’ve never seen a more complicated system of getting into a hotel and all my life and I won’t be recommending this company to anybody so you’ve been warned book it at your own risk.

Das System mit dem Schlüssel für die Tür über die App war etwas kompliziert, da wir zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten und uns nur über eine App angemeldet hatten. Es war uns nicht klar, dass wir zwei Apps benötigen und die App bzw. das Handy der Schlüssel für die Zimmertür sein wird. Wir dachten, wir erhalten über die App einen elektronischen Code für die jeweilige Wohnung. Aber das Team hat uns vor Ort sofort geholfen.
