Nice location, walking distance to everything. Clean room.
Short bed, cant stretch out the legs fully. (180cm).
And too many mails and messages from the hotell about how to checkin and to give 10 star review.

Special thanks to Belle, who proactively offered help when she noticed by cameras that we were struggling, so we never had to reach out first.
We tried several breakfast spots nearby, and one really stood out - Penny University. The food and coffee were perfect. Definitely choose it if you’re looking for a tasty and filling breakfast.
A nearby church holds evening and sunrise services. We were woken up every morning around 7 am by singing, which can be clearly heard even with the windows fully closed.
There is literally only one spot to open a suitcase, and it must then be stored under the bed, as leaving it open blocks access to the bed and sink. We were aware of the limited space from the reviews, and you should be aware as well.
The digital key system was inconvenient. A physical card would be more practical. When my phone battery died, we had to contact staff to regain access to our apartment. Also, having only one key for two guests is restrictive.

good location, close to Raffles. Short walk to convenience store, My friend and I were offered an upgrade from Arab to Purvis. Much larger rooms. Loc and Popo were very responsive.
unreliable wifi
- room quite small but comfortable for 2 guests;
- miss Popo and all other hotel staff were very kind and ready for help anytime during stay until check out
- good location near to MRT, however many bars and restaurants around hotel area may be bit noisy;
- note that mosque prayers early in morning and late night can be heard inside room (maybe bcs ramadan period)

Если ваш рост больше 170, то вам не хватит кровати. Мой рост 165 и кровать мне была в притык. Для мужчин точно не подойдет.
Estaba muy bien ubicado, a escasos minutos del bus y metro. Una zona tranquila y muy bien cuidada. El piso tenía todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda, incluso una pequeña cocina que funcionaba perfectamente. La habitación estaba limpia y con buena luz natural. Lo mejor de todo el personal, tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el alojamiento en alguna ocasión y Divina y Belle siempre nos ayudaron de manera muy amable y profesional. Lo recomiendo ampliamente
Even though I had my doubts about the lack of on-site personnel, the app works very well, instructions received are easy to follow and the communication via whatsapp is also very good and fast :). The location is close to food/drinks options.
For a 2m tall guy, the room might be a bit too small, but for a 3 night stay it worked ok :)
This was a great property and well located for my needs. Close to the centre of the city and close to the MRT
The property was clean and well designed. The access and booking was very good and the staff and management were so helpful and really made things so simple. I had several things which could have made things difficult but nothing was a problem. I want to say thank you to Loc, Bella, Davina and Popo your where all amazing.

System check-in przez aplikację nie działał poprawnie, aplikacja zacinała się. Należało uważać aby nie rozładował się telefon.
L’emplacement est excellent, personnel aux petits soins et très réactif. Très propre et métro à proximité, quartier sympa.

Security is good, facilities provided are sufficient, mattress and pillows are comfy and clean, lighting are sufficient. I got a room with window and I appreciate the sunlight. I can do laundry and heat up my meal if I want to as the facilities are provided. I requested for iron and Maica, Divina and Belle were quick to support and guided me to retreive it. The place is easy to access with their app and require little human interaction which I like.
Space is small which is expected but sufficient for me.
