The amount of roaches no matter how much we sprayed ourselves

Crowds of men/people hanging out by the side entrance/dumpers areas drinking and smoking playing loud music all hours of the night till early morning. Which made my teenage daughter uncomfortable walking in our taking out the trash.

First and foremost the room smelled horrible. I received a text that the room will not be ready sometime around 12pm. The text read come between 1700 and 1900. I arrived at 1905 and was informed to cancel the booking because the front desk was closed. Mind you, I flew in from Germany and I was desperate so the front desk lady (who was nice) informed me that she could work with me to provide me a smaller room for my family of five with two beds. When I entered the room, it wreaked of body odor and vomit. There were multiple locations on the wall that had damage from what appeared to be people punching the wall what bad patch repair jobs. There is a very dirty looking kitchen and there are not pots, pans and utensils. The rug was completely filthy throughout. FYi this place rents out by the week only. The weekly rate for the smaller room with two beds was 369 a week. There were also roaches in the room and the room generally smelled of mildew as well. I requested a refund and did not get a response. beware! Their contract states once you book the stay no refunds are given. This is reasonable with the expectation the accommodations are decent but this place was beyond foul and the whole parking lot smelled of Marijuana. The parking lot had several cars that had damage and seemed to be abandoned. Definitely not a place for a family with kids.booking should be ashamed for allowing the photos representing this property to be posted. I am not sure who vetted this property but it does not, ABSOLUTELY NOT look like the photos provided. The property does not even have a way to dispute the charges and booking has not been very helpful. As a former police officer I can tell you that when I arrived, I can immediately tell what kind of place it was once I passed the receptionist desk.

Everything the room was nasty as hell!!! Smelled like piss and animals the water pressure was very light and wasn’t hot!!! They didn’t evening cleaning my room before I came it was very DISGUSTING!!!!!

My dogs were denied to stay bc I was told that I would have to show her something from my doctor and it couldn’t be my therapist. A therapist is a type of doctor, if I wasn’t already mentally drained from my situation I would have reacted differently. Because right after I swipe my card she wouldn’t give me my money right back even thoe I misunderstood that situation. Then I ask for a cart to bring my stuff in and I am told it’s not the Hilton they don’t have one and I’m not allowed to bring “a lot of stuff in her building” I’m confused bc it doesn’t have anything to do with being the Hilton or not … it’s the fact it’s an Extended stay with three floors. So me my 2 kids and my disabled mom had to carry all our stuff and explain the fact that I had planned on living here with my family of 4 for at least a month or 2. So I tried to use a Walmart cart to get my stuff out because I couldn’t stay there no more than that week I paid for, and I guess I missed the no cart policy. I didn’t understand why it would be a problem if they don’t have the cart to fulfill that or that the place looked and smelled terrible the cart wasn’t going to hurt the Image of the hotel.
