Fantastisch verblijf in heerlijke wijk
Pros:

Eigenlijk alles. Aan elk detail gedacht. Personeel vrolijk en attent. Verder maakte ik me vooraf nog ergens zorgen over de veiligheid maar dat is totaal onnodig gebleken. Super relaxte omgeving, ook ‘s avonds als je te voet naar een restaurant loopt.

Cons:

Als er dan toch 1 ding was dan zou ik de volgende keer een kamer boeken met ramen naar buiten toe.

Un hotel boutique 10/10, lleno de detalles, donde siempre quiero volver cada vez que viajo a Ciudad de México.
Pros:

Me encanta absolutamente todo de este hotel. Desde la amabilidad de cada persona del staff hasta el nivel de detalle en la decoración: cada rincón está pensado y transmite calidez. Las habitaciones son divinas, todo está cuidado al máximo: los productos de baño de primera línea, el secador Dyson, las fragancias, los dulces, las cartas personalizadas. En mi cumpleaños incluso se encargaron de sorprenderme con torta y globos. Ya me alojé tres veces y siempre repito la experiencia porque la calidad se mantiene impecable. Es un hotel que elijo cada vez que vuelvo a Polanco, porque sé que la estadía va a ser perfecta. La ubicación también es espectacular: cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y todo lo que uno necesita, en un barrio seguro y lindo para caminar.

Cons:

La verdad, nada. No tengo absolutamente nada negativo para señalar.

Luxo, sofisticação, conforto com oportunidade em exclusividade
Pros:

Arquitetura, decoração de muito bom gosto. Muito conforto e extremamente bem localizado.

Cons:

Não tem nada que me deixou extremamente insatisfeito. Mas os amenities, bebidas e snacks que eram supostamente para serem repostos todos os dias, não foram. Outro ponto é o menu muito limitado para o café da manhã incluso na diária. Pelo preço da diária, acho que o hóspede merecia mais variedade. Sem contar que o simples fato de se limitar o hóspede gera uma sensação de não privilégio, que não está coerente com a experiência de hotel boutique.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt geschätzt und genossen.

Sehr schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Die Baustelle nebenan war laut. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Lift. Die Gespräche im Gang (auch Personal am frühen morgen) waren ziemlich laut.

Great vacation in Polanco
Pros:

We had a terrific stay at Alest and absolutely recommend it. The location is superb. We were also touched by the careful attention to small details that made our stay comfortable. The concierge, Apolo was very helpful and courteous.

The property is in a perfect location, beautifully maintained and exceptionally styled. So welcoming and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are top notch; rooms and common areas are spacious and cozy. Loved it!

Excellent experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast service was absolutely amazing, thanks especially to Maribel, who went above and beyond every morning with her warm attitude and attention to detail. The front desk staff were equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Our room was incredibly spacious and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the electric converters available in the reception and the Dyson styler, which was such a convenient and luxurious addition.

Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again!
