Lovely boutique hotel in Polanco. On a quiet street, very tucked away for a restful vacation. Responsive and friendly staff
Despite the ambience, walls were thin so you can hear the staff up and down the stairs. Also would do to fix the sidewalk pavement adjacent to the property - incredibly uneven and unsafe
Quiet, great location
Exceptional staff and wonderful manager
Great hotel! Our room faced the courtyard, so it didn’t get much natural light, but that was a minor issue. Overall, I’d rate our stay a 10 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. The location was fantastic!
design and staff
Kitchen took long
el servicio en lobby y a la habitación.
que no habia showe cap y la puerta de la regadera pegaba con la de la entrada al baño
Location and decoration
Location is perfect. But the room I stayed courtyard view was the building view instead of courtyard. Luxury decoration. First night the bed I slept was not flat so not good sleep. they changed the bed 2nd day. But they behaved like something normal to not sleep entire night, not any compensation.
The hotel is exactly like the pictures or even better! The service and amenities 10/10 we are defenetly coming back very soon.
Perfectly central. The hotel was spotless with a chic vibe. Quiet with incredible service and phenomenal amenities. The rooms were spacious and sleekly designed. The inclusion of the mini bar with excellent drinks and snacks made it all a great value! Look forward to staying there again! The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond-highly rec!
Elegant and well appointed. Excellent service. A true 5 star boutique experience.

We loved our stay at the Alest. We loved the beautiful and modern design of the hotel; it felt like a high end boutique hotel. The hotel location is fantastic... steps away from shopping, restaurants and the park. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms are impeccably clean. The bonus is the Dyson Air Wrap set as well as the free snacks and beverages in the room. I would highly recommend staying here.
Beautiful, 5 star boutique hotel located in upscale and charming Polanco. Rooms are beautifully appointed, welcoming lobby that is spotless with amenities you find in a large 5 star hotel.....turn down service, room service , etc. and a very attentive staff. This hotel has all of the style and luxury of larger hotels but without the crowds.
Breakfast was poor. Chillaquiillas cold and soggy.
Swimming pool!
Superb location, excellent service, comfortable rooms with all the amenities, nice breakfast. One of the best luxury boutique hotels anywhere!
The location of the hotel is very central and close by to many restaurants and places. Our room was very spacious, lots of free amenities. Good service and breakfast, would recommend.
