Hotel moderno, bien situado. Las fotos de las habitaciones se corresponden con la realidad. Cocina bien equipada. El desayuno muy rico y el personal super amable. Perfecto para ir con coche de alquiler, parking subterráneo moderno.
La limpieza del apartamento un poco superficial, en el baño el primer dia habia pelos no retirados de huespedes anteriores, faltaba aspirar mas a fondo.
The location, cleanliness, staff. General nice apartment. Most things supplied.
The AC is terrible. Can never keep up on a warm day. Some Sun blackouts on the hall would help cool area but generally AC is way too small a unit for that size of area. Staff did allow to move to another unit with better AC but no view.
Things I look for when booking are AC, large bed, parking and a view. Lost the AC and the view. Also used tea first morning and never replaced for next morning. Oh guess it was too much. Bathroom has no area for cosmetics, dental stuff so that is a no no when appraising a unit as a female.
We liked the balcony and the openness of the room.
We didn’t like the regulator on the air-conditioning because it never quite got cold enough.
Modernes Hotel, große Zimmer mit Küche, Frühstück war in Ordnung
Personal teilweise inkompetent, Lage war praktisch weil in der Nähe des Zentrums, dennoch unschöne Straße...
Zimmer hatte Dachfenster, dies sorgte nicht nur für warme Temperaturen im Zimmer, sondern auch für unangenehme Gerüche sobald man diese öffnete
(Wahrscheinlich in der Nähe der hoteleigenen Abgasleitung?)
Auch hörte man dauernd im Zimmer eine sehr laute Lüftungsanlage (Hotelpersonal wusste nicht was es ist) und im Bad hat es oft nach Abfluss gerochen
Rooms were decent. Breakfast included in price is a winner!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, sehr schöne Zimmer und auch das Essen war sehr gut. Die Strasse und die Ruine gegenüber sind das einzige Manko, aber dafür kann das Hotel nix. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wenn Terceira, dann wieder genau dieses Hotel - klare Empfehlung von uns. Auch die Lage an sich fanden wir sehr gut, die Altstadt in der Nähe und genügend Bars und Restaurants in Gehweite.
On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and offered plenty of room. The bed was comfortable, and the underground parking garage made parking very easy and convenient.
Overall, the accommodation has some good features, but the misleading information regarding air conditioning and the poor breakfast experience significantly affected our stay.
The biggest disappointment was that the apartment does not have a functioning air-conditioning system, despite this being mentioned in the description. The installed system is not capable of cooling the apartment at all. Previous reviews have already pointed this out, and unfortunately the issue still has not been resolved. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, but in the summer I would definitely not choose this accommodation.
Another major negative point was the breakfast service. Items that had run out were often not replenished, leaving guests with a very limited selection. In addition, the breakfast staff made us feel quite uncomfortable. They were often unfriendly, dismissive, and unwelcoming. We travel frequently and have not experienced such an unpleasant atmosphere at breakfast for a long time.

It was beautiful we had a 2 bedroom apartment for four people which was perfect
We all slept exceptionally well and enjoyed the facilities that were in the apartment
