Worst Apartment Don’t Go!
Pros:

I had an extremely distressing experience with Alpine Resorts Management. During our stay, we experienced a theft of 3000 euros, and the company’s response was utterly inadequate. They offered a discount code, which is completely insufficient given the severity of the situation. It’s appalling that their employees, who have access to the apartment and the safe, are implicated in this incident. The company has shown a blatant disregard for guest safety and refuses to take responsibility for their staff’s actions.

Beyond the robbery, the entire experience was awful. The apartment was not clean upon arrival; there were no sheets on the beds, and the dishes were dirty both in and on the cupboards. This lack of basic cleanliness and attention to detail is unacceptable for any hospitality service. Despite filing a police report, Alpine Resorts Management has failed to address our concerns or compensate us appropriately. I strongly advise against staying at their properties, as they do not prioritize the security and well-being of their guests. Avoid this company at all costs
