I liked the hotel was vwry close to sf. The front desk staff is very helpful. They accomodate our request for bigger room. The female manager in the morning is very good.

Cons:

Houskeeping should be done everyday. We saw garbage sitting in the hallways everyday which was not very pleasant. The security team for the hotel should make frequent rounds. There were couple nights where we were disturbed from frequent yelling in the middle of the night. We stayed there for 10 days so this is alot coming from noticing things.

Very comfy king bed!
Pros:

One bedroom suite was very roomy. The king bed was very comfortable. Free parking. Staff was nice.

Cons:

They had no beddings or anything for the sofa bed. Also wished they would accommodate more time for check outs.

Was satisfied it’s not cleanliness

Cons:

Urine stains, floor with dog food and sunflower seeds , room was not cleaned properly , not enough blanket and pillows weren’t so great

Pros:

The room was large. Good full size kitchen with a full-size fridge and dishwasher. Hair products smelt nice.

Cons:

We’re booked for five people, however we’re only supplied with three towels and four plates and cups ect. Beds were not really uncomfortable but the pull-out bed was super comfy to sleep on.
