In the past the staff was very good. With this stay one of the women at reception was rude and dismissive.
I arrived at about 3:15pm. They made me wait while giving a person who came in after me a room after I had already waited for 15 minutes - they said due to the need to clean the room. But they didn't make the person who came in after me wait. The younger front desk woman was very nice, but the woman who seemed to be the higher in command was rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Perhaps she was having a bad day.

the room was spacious, and it was well insulated against the noise from the traffic! They offer free breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
The bathroom was a bit of a contrast to the big room, it was very small, but very modern. The breakfast wasn’t all that great, but it was included in the price. It is on a noise road to the airport, but the rooms very nicely insulated.
I like the kindness and attentiveness the lobby staff provided. I also like the cleanliness of the building and the restaurant area. The restaurant staff were kind and the food delicious.
There is nothing that I dislike.
It’s close to the airport and offers complimentary services like breakfast and shuttle rides to the airport.
