Nos encanta el hotel, su servicio y comodidad

Es la segunda vez que vamos a este hotel y siempre nos ha parecido muy bueno, confortable, limpio y el personal muy amable

Cons:

El desayuno los chilaquiles verdes estaban muy enchilosos y los rojos la salsa era muy artificial

Me gusto la atencion y la informacion brindada. tambien que contaran con traslado al aeropuerto. El señor que atendio recepcion en la madrugada fue muy amable.

Cons:

Todo estuvo en orden y estuve poco tiempo. No hubo ningun inconveniente en realidad, llegue a las 6pm y salí a las 4am de la madrugada, tranquilo todo.

Perfect for an Airport Overnight
Pros:

A very nice, modern airport hotel. Friendly staff members. Welcoming lobby area. Spacious room, king-size bed with nice linens, ample lighting, walk-in shower with toiletries and good-quality towels, desk and chair with task lighting. Note: I did not have the included breakfast because I had to leave hotel at 4:30am for my flight, although Reception said coffee and tea were available at that time. Free shuttle service from hotel to airport.

Cons:

The pillow was too hard for my preference. :-(
Insufficient soundproofing against noisy guests in adjacent rooms who kept talking loudly and opening/slamming doors.
