High quality hotel at a budget-friendly price!
Pros:

Excellent value! Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, close to airport, free airport shuttle and delicious in-facility restaurant! My partner and I were exhausted from a 12 hr flight and needed to rest for a night before we continued our travel. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice Hotel Bulgari was! We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Guadalajara in the future.

Clean modern and great location with taxis to the airport.

Cons:

Overworked staff. Poor communication with the front desk and housekeeping. The door to our room did not lock we communicated this to the front desk who sent a housekeeper to check. We were told by the housekeeper they will notify the front desk desk to keep an eye on our room thru the camera while we had quick dinner downstairs. Well, there was a brief power outage. Once dinner was over I talked to the front desk who about the lock situation he stated he was not told about the reviewing the cámaras by the housekeeper. This of course concerned me because all of our belongings were unlocked in a room. Thankfully nothing went missing. To be fair the front desk had a million things going on and he was only one person at the time and I understood that. But what upset me is that another room was not offered or at least to have the lock batteries replaced. To add insult the price on booking.com is different than what was actually charged. If I knew that was the case I would have booked elsewhere for the same price. Overall I would not be booking here again.
