Great location and staff, shame about lack of a/c
Pros:

Location was perfect, staff were super friendly and helpful especially Arailym on reception!

Cons:

The a/c was only set to heat. We were there right at the end of March - we left on 1st April -and our room was 25°C. We found it v hard to sleep as the only was to cool it down was by opening the window, which then made it noisy.

Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe sind viele Cafes, Restaurants, Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Hotel ist modern und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider hatte die zur Verfügung gestellte Zahnbürste, die aus Holz ist, einen kleinen Splitter, der nicht sofort erkennbar ist, ich mir aber die Lippe verletzt habe.
Liegt am Lieferanten nicht am Hotel.
