Customer-centric stay
Pros:

Usually, customer service staff ask for a review in return for good service. However, in this case, the team, especially Serkhan Bey, was unconditionally supportive and genuinely caring, not only towards us but towards every guest. For example, the team spirit was also in cleaning staff, waiters at the breakfast, and overall uplifting vibe of the hotel, created by people working there.

It made me reflect on how rare it is to experience such service, and how it is really possible to impress guests without expecting anything in return.
