Worst experience
Pros:

I didn’t like it at all, that’s why I didn’t stay at the hotel because it was not the same branch that I reserved. I went to the one that I reserved and they told me it is not this one the send me to the other one which was really bad and not possible to stay there with a family. I had to find another hotel at about 4:00 am.

Cons:

Not the same that I reserved and was very bad. I reserved two rooms. When arrived there, they offered me one room in the basement and another one upstairs both were very bad and smells awful

الي يطلع الصباح ويرجع اخر الليل وخاصة الشباب ينفعهم الفندق غير كذا لا انصح ابدا ابدا ابدا خسارة تدفع فلوسك ع الفاضي

اقمت 9ايام الموقع جدا ممتاز تنزل من الفندق امامك محطة مترو اكسراي حجزت غرفتين متصلة وعند وصولي اعطوني الغرف في القبو بدون نوافذ والدور الارضي ريحة الطبخ الفطور غير متنوع كل يوم نفس الفطور وخاصة الي عندة اطفال لازم تخلي العربة فالمطعم تحت والموظفين غير متعاونين وكلة مكشرين فوجهك طلبت يشغلو التلفزيون وجاء الموظف دقيقة وراح ماشغلة بالمعني الموظفين يحتاجلهم تعليم الا الموظف ميلاه اتوقع اسمة متعاون جدا يشكر على تعاونة

Территориально удобное место, есть супермаркет прямо на входе, симпатичный ресепшен. Комнаты чистые, не засаленные.

Pros:

Servicii excelente, cu mici detalii de rezolvat afară. Camera a fost extrem de curată, modernă și bine întreținută. Locația și facilitățile generale au fost la înălțimea așteptărilor. Unitatea exterioară a aerului condiționat era foarte zgomotoasă când stăteam pe terasă. Poarta de acces în grădinița privată a camerei necesită reparatii. Este un hotel minunat pe care îl recomand cu drag. Dacă se vor remedia aceste mici probleme tehnice din exterior, experiența va fi impecabilă.

Disappointing and Stressful stay :(
Pros:

Cons:

Staff attempted to allocate me to the room in the basement next to the laundry where it was complete darkness and said I should pay extra to move to better room.
Receptionist had no understanding of what was happening and manager who was sitting in the corner smoking a cigarette didn't want to help initially.
When I told them this wasn't detailed on the booking confirmation and proved the booking confirmation email then they agreed to put me into a different room.
Area hotel located is very noisy and busy when the tram passes it feels like it's going over your head and vibrates the whole building.
There many shops outside the shop and people talk and make noise all night.
One of the staff charged me double for glass of tea but the other staff charged half the price at the next day. There are no menus at the restaurant so I couldn't verify when i paid the correct price. Not recommended at all.
