We definitely will stay at this property again.
Pros:

Beautiful property, great location. We had dinner at your Resturant, beautiful dining room, food & service excellent. Valet at front door exceptional, greeted us professionally & assisted us in every manner.

Cons:

The check in & check out experience was not what we expected at such a prestigious hotel like this one. (Both check in & check out was done by the same staff member) We expected more of a welcoming attitude upon check in which we did not receive. The check out experience was the same. It was not busy at the front desk upon our arrival or departure so more time could have been spent on welcoming a first time guest and checking on our overall experience upon check out.

I enjoyed my overnight stay.
Pros:

All of the staff were helpful, accommodating, well trained and welcoming.

Cons:

The room service was limited and very bare bones. For example, I did not order a glass of water with my meal, assuming that would accompany the meal.

stunning location on the reedy river, our falls view was spectacular especially visiting during a snowstorm. the welcome cocktail was a nice touch. the restaurant was great - delicious breakfast with shareable portions. the rooms were spacious. we especially enjoyed the lobby area with the giant fireplace. it felt like a ski lodge.

Cons:

rooms weren’t ready at check-in time. we were traveling with a group and one room was ready and ours was not. not a big deal but delayed getting settled and unpacked.

It was an amazing memorable experience!

We loved everything! From the beautiful view from our room, to the friendly staff, to the excellent service and delishous food on property, we loved all of it! We will be back!
