aunque no fue culpa del lugar, no pudieron resolver un problema cuando le planteamos la posibilidad de tener dos camas en vez de una pero por el tamaño del cuarto

Jose was very helpful with everything we needed for our stay. Very responsive, accomodayton clean and modern. Across the street is local dinery with pristine local food and great service, we highly recommend.

Very cosy stay in San Juan
Pros:

Amazing place, host was very responsive, it's all self check-in and Check-out, we were allowed to park even after checking out

Cons:

The only thing is the walls are really thin and you can hear everything that's happening in the hallway. With earplugs you should be fine. Water pressure in the shower could be better.

Excellent service and facilities. Clean and updated as well as comfortable. Owner is 100% attentive and wants to ensure exceptional stay. Great support and communications. I never felt uneasy about what would happen if I had problems. Everything was provided and covered in advance. Most importantly, if you need parking this is one of the few places that offer private parking. Also a short couple blocks from eating locations. Easy to get to and just a low cost Uber away from most anywhere in San Juan.

Location is good overall but if you're looking for ocean or city views it's not for you. Easy to get to and just a low cost Uber away from most anywhere in San Juan.

This property is close to everything the beach restaurant shopping etc. Jorge the host was excellent. He answer any question and was always a phone call away. I really enjoyed my stay . 100/10.

Pros:

Jorge the site manager was amazing and very understanding. He was there when we had questions. Housekeepers did a great job getting our room ready. The rooms were perfect and comfortable. Great location to walk to bars and restaurants. Definitely will use them again.

Cons:

All was good. Nothing we didnt like.

Pros:

La habitación y el alojamiento en general están muy nuevos y cuidados. Las indicaciones para el check in me llegaron por sms muy claras, la entrada fue rápida. La habitación además cuenta con plancha, secador, nevera con agua fresca ( se agradece) gel, champú y acondicionador, toallas y toallas para la playa. Tiene parking justo en frente.
