The place is a perfect choice for those who want to combine comfort and privacy and especially cook for himself. Staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and the best! I had a bad experience before so can compare.
There were some small problems only. The electric kettles are very cheap and they break down all the time, I'd buy a bit better ones.
One day there was a huge breakdown and electricity was off in many houses around. And the main problem was that the stairs is completely unsuitable for normal people - it's used only for construction purposes I guess. It was very dirty and dangerous. On the lower floors it was much better, clean and safe - so I think the administration of this place need to take care of their part. Because in case of fire, for example, people would die there long before they reach the street.
It is in a very good location. It has comfortable rooms with modern furniture and comfortable beds. The staff was always willing to help us with anything we needed. We will prefer it when we return to Yerevan

Апартаменты находятся в самой лучшей локации — это самый центр города, всё буквально в шаговой доступности: главные достопримечательности, красивые улицы, рестораны, кафе, магазины и супермаркеты. Для туристов это просто идеальное место.
Сами апартаменты очень чистые, уютные и полностью соответствуют фотографиям. Всё продумано для комфортного проживания: удобная кровать, хорошая кухня, есть всё необходимое для длительного отдыха, быстрый Wi-Fi и приятная, спокойная атмосфера.
В некоторых комментариях читала, что кому-то не хватало кофемашины в апартаментах, но здесь всё даже лучше — утром просто выходишь на ресепшен, и тебе готовят свежий вкусный кофе столько, сколько хочешь. Это оказалось намного приятнее и удобнее.
Отдельно хочется отметить, что рецепция работает круглосуточно, всю ночь, и персонал всегда в твоём распоряжении. Мы заселялись в 2 часа ночи, и для нас было очень удобно, что нас встретили внизу без каких-либо проблем. Это сразу создало приятное впечатление и чувство заботы.
В Ереване мы были уже в третий раз, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что из всех трёх поездок именно этот вариант апартаментов оказался самым лучшим. В Ереване действительно довольно сложно найти по-настоящему чистые, комфортные и хорошо организованные апартаменты, поэтому этот вариант особенно приятно удивил.
Чувствовали себя как дома. Однозначно рекомендуем эти апартаменты всем, кто планирует поездку в Ереван. Это действительно отличный вариант в самом сердце города. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова!
