Spacious rooms
Pros:

Wonderful hotel! The room I had was very spacious, clean, bright and with a comfy bed. The location was good with lots of street food nearby and about a 15 min walk to the centre. I appreciated the staff remembering a request I made about the room when I first booked it. I also appreciated that there was a refillable water station for cold water and to cut down on plastic water bottle use.

Cons:

I was disappointed in the amount of packaging and unnecessary waste that came with making a coffee in the room. I’d recommend a recycling box for all the water bottles and a different way of providing supplies (sugars, creamers, stir sticks, napkins, etc) for the coffee machine which all mostly goes in the garbage.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut und sehr empfehlenswert – sauber, gepflegt und das Frühstück war wirklich lecker. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut.

Meine Buchung wurde vom Hotel einseitig storniert, während ich mich bereits auf dem Flug nach Mexiko befand. Nach einer etwa 15-stündigen Reise aus Deutschland kam ich gegen 20:00–21:00 Uhr am Hotel an, nur um an der Rezeption zu erfahren, dass keine Reservierung mehr für mich besteht.
Als Begründung wurde eine angeblich ungültige Kreditkarte genannt. Diese Begründung ist nicht akzeptabel, da dieselbe Kreditkarte für andere Zahlungen, einschließlich meines im Voraus gebuchten Transfers (Taxi), problemlos funktioniert hat.
Infolge dieser Situation befand ich mich spät abends ohne Internetzugang, ohne Möglichkeit zum Geldwechsel und ohne Unterkunft in einer fremden Stadt.

Caminatas, frigobar y confor.
Pros:

Me encantó que también el personal de cocina y capitán tuvieron la disposición para preparar alimentos que por condiciones de salud debía consumir, ¡muy rico, por cierto!
Es un plus tener un frigobar. Para pasear por la ciudad es seguro e iluminado caminar. El baño bonito y limpio. La terraza confortante. Todo super. Recomiendo este hotel.

Emplacement et oetit déjeuner

Cons:

J'ai réservé deux lits simples et en arrivant on me donne un seul lit, en disant que Booking s'est trompé. Il a fallu que je paie un supplément pour quelque chose que j'avais déjà payé en avance par booking!

Pros:

Un personnel aimable et professionnel, très attentif à la clientèle. Je recommande fortement. Le lieu est à tout près de Zocalo. Le restaurant était très bon.
