Great location, friendly staff, fantastic views.
Pros:

The view of the river and location were great. Very well connected to all kinds of London transport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I booked the room because of the great balcony and views, however on arrival one of the balcony doors was broken and they don't actually open properly.

Pros:

I stayed for three nights. Location was convenient for my purpose; the view was good; there is a (small) gym; the room was decent sized. The room was clean.

Cons:

There was a strong stench in the bathroom (the receptionist used some strong chemical which made it go away eventually). There were also some noise in the bathroom, especially in the night. The worse part was the toilet which got blocked on the last day of my stay when I flushed it, with water almost to the brim of the toilet. For the record, I had not put any unwanted material in there (the usual toilet paper only).

Amazing weekemd in London
Pros:

Location was excellent. Apartment was massive,comfy, well equiped and well designed. Staff extremely helpful and nice. Absolutely great design . Facilities like gym easy to find not busy and well maintained and clean.
We booked a srudio and got an upgrade to one bedroom...

Cons:

The stay was too short :-))

Comfortable ,cozy and relaxing
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helpful the rooms looked absolutely amazing. Spacious rooms with a fridge and a kitchen to cook in . Flat tv with a lot of option YouTube , Netflix etc

Cons:

I genuinely have nothing bad to say other than how loud the wind was blowing but that’s nothing to do with the hotel

Cove is a great way to have a good size apartment at reasonable prices for the area.

Reception staff need better training in customer service.
Pros:

The location and the apartment was good.

Cons:

There was no hot water on the final day. When I spoke to reception, they calmly said there was no hot water in the whole building. No apologies.
