Very comfortable and clean with everything we needed for a few days stay
Pros:

Excellent location close to 3 Tube stations. Plenty of restaurants and a major shopping centre nearby. Great for access to the O2. The apartment was clean and had all the facilities we needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. Plenty of storage in sliding wardrobe with hangers and drawers TV was easy to set up for streaming apps via Casting from phone and Youtube. Great views over London and the Thames

Cons:

Extractor fan in bathroom was very noisy. Window did not open far enough for ventilation and was difficult to close. No instructions for setting the combination to the safe, which needed 6 digits rather than the usual 4 in most hotels.

Pros:

Been staying here twice now. First time, everything was good. No issues at all, room was cozy and bed was comfortable. Spacious bathroom which was very nice. Second time staying here, someone came into our room with a keycard. This person was not one of the workers nor the maintenance crew like we were told. This was quite disturbing because it made me and my boyfriend feel unsafe and left us wondering how this person even got access to the building let alone our room specifically. Brought up this issue with one the workers and I feel like the situation could’ve been handled more professionally. To me, this is a question about the guests safety.
