Cove Landmark Pinnacle

The bathroom had no non slip mat for the shower, my fiance is disabled and said it was rather slippy in there when wet, the lady behind the on site cafe didnt even smile or or make you feel welcoming. I had to ask for my drink twice, this took 20min to make an apple juice, I think everyone ordered the same breakfast at that time because when I went up the 2nd time to ask for my drink I saw the same sourdough bread, egg and salmon numerous times on the side and when she brought the food over it was cold. I think she waited till they were all cooked to bring them out to everyone instead of when they were individually cooked at that time. When I asked for my drink the 2nd time she said she would bring it out with my food but I was Thirsty!! The air con was on all night, and it wouldn't turn off no matter what I did, hot air/cold air.. when I mentioned this to the receptionist she said there is a way to turn it off u just need to go to a different part of the apartment to do it, this should have been made clear in the room somewhere on where it was and how and that it was not on the actual monitor. This property was very difficult to find, we got directions from canary wharf train station, this took us the long way round and when we finally located it, it still wasnt the right side of the building, the reception we went in was only for residents and the man said we needed to walk to the opposite side as that was for guests only. Very confusing

L’attente de 2h pour ouvrir un coffre qui disfonctionnait et le matelas qu’il faudrait remplacer au lieu de mettre un sur- matelas.il manque un micro onde. Une ou deux tablettes pour le lave linge et le lave-vaisselle serait très utile et appréciable.

The sofa cum bed has become too old uncomfortable to sleep or even sir on it. I stayed here 8 years ago and
Still the sofa is same very very uncomfortable
The bed mattresses also need a change they have lost the durability. Bathroom drain was clogging water as well
Rest all ok but the main comforts are sleeping and sitting on a short stay which were very bad
No parking facilities available so did not get any worth for the price i paid there are now much better options available in london than this property

The air conditioning broke down in my first room, but that’s just one of those things – nobody’s fault. They moved me to another room without any hassle.

No dressing gowns or slippers in the room which I would have expected for the price. Also row of lights nearest the kitchenette didn’t work so visibility not great for preparing food.

窓が非常に小さく、カーテンも開けることができなかった（両側のカーテンの金具が上で固定されていたため開閉できなかった）のでとても閉鎖的に感じてしまいました。少なくともカーテン開けられるようにしてほしかったです。
