Can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

So modern and central. The staff were incredibly. Very toddler and pram friendly. Room service was great. The view was incredible! Buffet breakfast was incredible with the view! It will now become my regular hotel

Had some trouble with the hot water in the shower cutting in and out.

Would book again but don’t rent a car!!

Property was clean, customer service was a 10/10 and the hotel room was clean, tidy and well maintained

Cons:

As a hotel and a 5 star one - we had a rental car, unlike most hotels it does not have parking unless you want to pay $65 per day. A little disappointing

Great family stay
Pros:

The restaurant food, breakfast and dining was lovely with beautiful city views. Pool was clean and lovely , we had a quick get together for birthday cake in foyer and staff were so helpful made our stay excellent. Looking at booking again in few months

A lovely place to stay. Feels safe when travelling alone due to helpful, friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, safe and clean. Great breakfast. Great location next to Southern Cross station for connections to skybus and trains. Also good walking distance to Bourke St Mall, Royal arcade and laneways.
