Perfect Location. Very Nice Hotel with 25th Floor Breakfast/Dining Area
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring Melbourne near to Southern Cross Station. About 15 minute walk to the South Bank and about 20 minute walk to the main shopping centre (but you can also get a nearby tram to the shopping centre.) Room was a nice size with large windows. Bed was very comfortable. Delicious buffet breakfast and Dining area were on the 25th floor with great views. On the 3rd floor was a very nice long indoor pool. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Cons:

There was no handwash by the sink and not many hooks for hanging towels but these issues did not affect our stay

Nothing, false advertising regarding their pet friendly rooms. I was charged double once I arrived at the property. The manager said she would cancel my booking without a cancellation fee, the hotel then declined to cancel my booking so I was charged full price for 2 rooms. Absolute scam, avoid this hotel.

False advertising regarding their pet friendly rooms, I was charged double the price when I arrived. I was then told they would cancel my current reservation without fee once I booked a room for double the price that was pet friendly. The hotel then proceeded to decline my cancellation request making me pay twice. This hotel is misleading, dishonest and fraud is a common practice. I will contact my bank in order to get my refund. Avoid this accommodation at all costs.
