Was really good, comfy and chill.
Pros:

The foyer area is absolutely beautiful, as well as the room design, very quaint. The lighting system in the room is easy and extremely convenient to use. Extensive amounts of room service, regarding cleaning and re-fills. The aircon system is good but it takes a while to feel effect.

Cons:

The mini fridge was absolutely weak, took early 15 hours to become slightly chill. There wasn't anything else that I didn't like to be honest. Maybe the view of the room, unfortunately faced another building but can't do much about that.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, with balcony. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Tommy/Tony and the Assistant Manager at reception, Artem Pena, who provided excellent customer service. Nice breakfast with beautiful view at Langlands restaurant and bar. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable—we would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

I would suggest if they put like a coffee table with chair on the balcony.

Pros:

Pool was great for a young family qith shallow part throughout. Room was clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent for catching trains and trams.

Styling lovely, wonderful, kind and helpful staff

Cons:

Cleanliness a little bit of a disappointment but I feel it's more due to the difficulty of maintaining the materials used in the design of the rooms rather than the effort of staff. Staff were exceptional at correcting any concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
