Hotel was gorgeous, new and so clean. Facilities were excellent, especially the pool. 👌 Staff were so great, helpful and friendly. Location was awesome for what we wanted to do. Walking distance to aquarium, train station and great cafes. Highly recommend.
Staff - was quite accommodating. They allowed me to check in early, which was a lifesaver as I came from a sleeper flight with connecting flight to Melbourne.

The property is in an excellent location, clean spacious rooms. Great hotel experience, staff were very helpful and pleasant, gave great service, easy check in, easy valet parking, indoor pool was a big size, buffet breakfast was a huge selection and delicious.
