K'uyen Boutique Hotel

Honestly. Great staff. The front desk guys were amazing. Helpful. And prompt. I would stay here. Again. Place was clean and pleasantly beautiful. Very quiet at night. Gorgeous view for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! Every single staff member greets you with a smile. We stayed during the quiet season but we’d love to come back during the busy season for the party life!!

The front desk guy was a little questionable as he tried to charge/pocket a fee to get a taxi for us but us knowing that it’s a free service offered by the hotel looked so him a little sideways. Other than that I liked it. Clean safe and modern. I left the Kan hotel to come here. I didn’t regret it!

Me and my husband chose this hotel for our anniversary! The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and really nice, me and my husband only problem was the manager name is Aviana I think I’m saying it right. When we were told something by the staff they would stated that their boss told them to tell us, she will be right in our present and never introduce herself, we found out who she was through the staff when told something, but always had something to say. Another thing is she was there ALL DAY on her computer even at night on the rooftop micromanaging the staff, and everything her staff do! She was not approachable and didn’t talk to us nor have I noticed her talking to any other guest we had to speck to her first and she responded back and that’s all. Being in that type of position you should be sociable and approachable!!!

Limited food options nearby, coupled with paper thin walls leads to a pretty uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the room provided a door to another room that inexplicably had a one way lock only, meaning they could enter our room at any time. The water in the shower would be warm for approximately 5 minutes before turning rather tepid.

Quite not loud at all. Me and wife enjoyed our stay.

Mour room was incredible! It was wat better than the photos, large clean and so beautiful. The food at the hotel was insanely overpriced and underwhelmig. Our private pool was malfunctioning and gave me an electric shock.

The most of the staff was wonderful. Only had an issue with one person who didn’t seem to care about anything.
We had an issue with the pool the whole time we were there and they didn’t communicate until the next to last day there. They moved us to a different room at no extra charge but then we had no water and once again lack of communication was an issue. So Friday night water was out for 3-4 hrs came in then went back out. Sat morning we woke up early to still no water. Had a time limit to get dressed and ready to leave to do one last adventure before we had to catch the plane. We ended up having to cancel due to no water. Water came on just in time for us to get ready for the airport.

The hotel was quiet, quaint and very clean in a safe area. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful which was appreciated. We booked here after arriving in Tulum and finding our original booking nothing like advertised (dirty, poorly upkept and not feeling safe). We immediately had to leave and find different accommodations, so glad we stumbled across the K'uyen Hotel and they were able to make our trip to Tulum a good experience after such a bad start. Thank you for a great time!

Just need better signage to find the place, but I am totally staying here again. I would in fact LIVE here! Beautiful area and accommodations.

Everything was great

The staff is wonderful. Especially Nikki, who helped my party several times. This is a pretty property. The rooms are very pleasant. Cool and comfortable. Priced reasonably. Decent food options could be purchased, as well as the upstairs bar. The pools are more for soaking in with a few friends than swimming. Some rooms have their own private pools which are nice. I'd definitely return.

I was there for two nights only, I had no time to enjoy hotel's facilities but in general it looks clean and pretty.

El mejor lugar para hospedarse, fueron realmente muy atentos conmigo en todo momento y atendían mis dudas y servicios al instante. Además te sientes muy segura y tranquila.

Great room !! Great property. Breakfast could be better but not bad. Front desk very friendly and accommodating!!

It’s hard to find with GPS

I really enjoyed my stay. only thing I would say is it’s no elevator

Don't go to this hotel you have to take a cab everywhere. There is nothing walkable stores are far restaurants ,beach the pool is not even a pool a square that the water was dirty .The receptions try to make me pay for drinks that I already paid for ..You better rent a car because the cabs there cost to dam much.My worst vacation ever and I'm never coming back to Mexico especially Tulum kick rocks
