Hotel needs to be more honest in services and breakfast they are providing.
Pros:

Breakfast selection was limited and very little changed from day to day. We questioned the manager on this and requested more variety but they were reluctant to take any action. Management advised that no omelette station was available unless you were prepared to pay!

Cons:

Gym photos need to be more accurate. Small gym and multi purpose machine was broken for whole week that we were there. We asked for the gym to be opened earlier in the morning (opening time was 9am), however we were told that this was not possible as there was nobody to turn on the lights!! Photos on website are not reflective of what equipment was there. Big letdown in general.

Pros:

Номер оказался с большим балконом, кровать отличная для сна 35+)) спа очень понравился, немного людей и есть джакузи. Ужин принесли прямо в номер за 10 минут, он был очень вкусный. Я прекрасно провела время и отдохнула

Номер был супер,комфортный,со всеми удобствами.завтрак без разнообразия,но голодными не оставались.номер убирали каждый день,но забывали ложить полототенца,приходилось каждый день обращаться на рецепшин.халаты выдали после того как попросили.особенно понравилась спа зона,бассейн и сауна супер.

Мы очень разочарованы обслуживанием в этом отеле. Мой друг случайно повредил небольшой кофейный столик, и, конечно, мы были готовы компенсировать ущерб. Однако администрация отеля потребовала 500 лари, что близко к средней месячной зарплате в Грузии, за маленький столик, реальная стоимость которого явно намного ниже.
Самое неприятное, что при оплате нам не выдали ни чека, ни какого-либо официального документа. Это абсолютно непрофессионально и вызывает подозрения. Такое отношение к гостям недопустимо.
Не рекомендую этот отель. Будьте очень осторожны, потому что даже за небольшой случай они могут потребовать необоснованную сумму и при этом не выдать чек.

Honestly, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned properly during the stay and housekeeping seemed to only clean once at check-out. Basic services were missing — for example, in the morning there wasn’t even cappuccino available at breakfast. If you wanted one, you had to wait until 12 PM to order it from the restaurant.

The breakfast itself was very poor and below expectations. Also, the pool was supposed to be heated during winter, but it was not heated at all. On top of that, the reception staff were quite unfriendly and unprofessional in their attitude.

Overall, for the price paid, I expected much better service, organization, and hospitality standards.
