Molt bon allotjament per fer servir Mataram de campament base
Pros:

El personal és molt amable i atent, les habitacions són àmplies i còmodes, i tot està bastant net.

Cons:

La piscina es pot reservar per un “sopar romàntic” però això la bloqueja a partir de les 19h per la resta d’usuaris. El primer dia ens ho ven trobar de cara i va ser la única nota negativa de l’estada.

A very nice place in Mataram
Pros:

Luxurious nice room with a lovely view, helpful staff. Tasty food is to be had in the restaurant. Across the road there is an interesting neighbourhood to explore.

Cons:

I booked a massage that was not all that great. But, in fairness, in my experience massages in hotels are often not that great, perhaps because there is little repeat business to be had from hotel guests.

Pros:

Der Pool auf der obersten Etage war schön mit guter Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr europäische Speisen anbieten. Der Spa-Bereich war zwar angeschrieben, existiert zur Zeit noch nicht, was verwirrend war. Massagen wurden in einem Hotelzimmer angeboten.

Pros:

I’ve stayed here a few times now. And you would think— that payment details would be on file somewhere in the system. But no. What ?

Cons:

Well— I had pre booked two pre-paid rooms via booking.com - for family members who were to join me in a third room- to pay on departure.
Well these four Lombok family members arrived and were only allocated one room for all four — UNTIL I arrived later that day. Why ?
I made sure to keep informed about my delay in arriving.

And one of my guests- took the family into the Hotel restaurant for lunch.
And wasn’t able to charge-back to MY ROOM?
Why ? I had a confirmed booking under my name and would have expected the family to charge for lunch under MY name — as I suggested to them.
The best way to have addressed this issue, was to either txt or call me and ask for permission to charge this bill.

Or —— wait for my forthcoming arrival . Easy.
Instead— the party is told this is impossible. Why ?
The Reception knew of my arrival and that any charged accounts would be settled by myself. Simple.

Having established hotel and resort projects here in Lombok and elsewhere….theres a saying of flexibility, especially when one of the guests (me) has been to your Hotel. This situation was handled very poorly, and on my final arrival — here’s the family of four still allocated ONE room.
