SINAE Phuket Luxury Hotel

Booked a duplex villa, the view was amazing and hotel was really clean. But more importantly, the hotel staff service was exceptional! Accommodated to my every request and made me feel great throughout.

This hotel is top notch, they have an app to order things food, order the gold cart ir kyacking and make reservations for meals, a cooking class or the spa. It is out of the way from anything, and on a very steep hill, but they have a golf cart to take you everywhere. If you get the glorious villa with a pool you barely will want to leave the room. The service is friendly and efficient and the whole space is impeccably maintained. A 5 star experience.

Sinae was the perfect spot for relaxation and exploring Phuket. It was close to old town but far enough that it felt like a peaceful escape. The public spaces and rooms all offer beautiful ocean views and private pools offering a peaceful atmosphere. The whole hotel was very clean and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. The breakfast staff were exceptional including Risa, Pat, Bell, Mint and Toan. They offered warm smiles each morning and anticipated our needs making for a great experience. We would highly recommend staying here.

5 night stay in Sinae, excellent service and the hotel rooms and private pools are amazing with incredible views. Shout out to Sek, buggy driver who made our stay much fun with excellent service.

This hotel was fabulous stay I would come again . Though it is out of the way a lil it’s still good stay go to the town and come back to peace and quiet .The pool is a A+ in the room and if your are gym rat like myself you would love the gym . The pool at the hotel is pretty much the same size as the one in your room so I didn’t take part in that . The Starbucks and hilltop restaurant is a spectacular scenery.

First class experience, ideal for honeymoon couples, secluded and private. Very hilly but if your legs aren’t up to it, buggies are available. The app is essential.

The first day was very surprising that even asked the front office personally and asked the housekeeping the room was not cleaned
I think they have to think about their service and hospitality again bcz this is something which people need at the least
But I am not sure why this has happened and they managed it very beautifully as nothing happened by saying just sorry

Our stay at Sinae Phuket for our honeymoon was truly unforgettable. Even though many activities in Phuket are closer to the west side, we specifically wanted somewhere peaceful and calmer and this location was perfect for that. The hotel is only about 10–15 minutes from Old Town, so it’s easy to access restaurants and markets while still enjoying a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Sinae feels authentic yet luxurious; unlike some ultra-modern hotels, Sinae keeps the Thai architectural charm, which was exactly what we were looking for.

We booked the Duplex B room and highly recommend it. Having two floors felt spacious and comfortable one level with a living room, bathroom, and a pool and the upper level with the bedroom and another bathroom facing the mountains an sea. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The indoor tub was a lovely touch, and the stair access from the balcony down to the ground-floor pool area was super convenient.

The room was spotless, very well priced for what you get, and surprisingly quiet we barely heard any noise at all, especially facing the sea.

Service was incredible throughout our stay. Big shoutout to Elle and Sai, as well as the entire Sinae team from the front-of-house staff to the concierge team who kindly helped escorted us to our room multiple times, and of course housekeeping. A special thank you to Jib for keeping everything perfect. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful.

We didn’t use many of the hotel amenities, but everything we saw looked amazing. We visited the cliff area for coffee and food, and the views were stunning. Looking down, we could see the spa and main pool overlooking the sea, which also looked beautiful.

Overall, Sinae Phuket was the perfect blend of tranquility, authenticity, and luxury an ideal choice for a honeymoon.
