Ik vertrouwde het hotel niet en heb geannuleerd

Nadat ik had geboekt stuurden ze een bericht dat ik de boeking moest bevestigen via Zalo of Whatsapp. Ik heb aangegeven dat ze de reservering via Booking.com moeten accepteren of weigeren en dat het contact via de chat van Booking.com kan plaatsvinden. Zij wilden per sé dat ik de boeking zou bevestigen via Zalo of Whatsapp omdat zij anders de boeking niet konden garanderen. Hierop heb ik de boeking geannuleerd. Ik vertrouwde het niet.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist als Stundenhotel ausgelegt und die Zimmer sind auch so eingerichtet. Ich finde es schockierend, dass Booking so ein Hotel im Portfolio hat und nicht entsprechend prüft, um was es sich hier handelt bzw. mal generell schaut welche Hotels sich auf der Webseite anbieten.
Wir haben das Hotel gebucht und sind mitten in der Nacht dort angekommen, um festzustellen um was es sich hier handelt. Da wir um halb 2 nachts keine andere Lösung mehr hatten (wie soll man ein anderes Hotel nun noch finden) haben wir dort übernachtet. Es war der schlimmste Hotelaufenthalt den ich jemals hatte. Die Zimmer dreckig und stinken nach irgendeinem Duft. Einfach nur eine Zumutung!

The site said 24/7 check in and I also messaged the property that we would be a late arrival due to our flight. I booked the day in advance to ensure this. When we arrived there was no way to ring a bell. , buzz an agent nothing just a big door. Bad service!
