Close to where I was going and they’re super nice people!!
There was contractors staying that were really loud! Also the bathroom I had to clean toilet bc smelled like pee in whole room!
The manager was very nice and helpful. TV was good.
The room was very damp, my pills all stuck together from moisture. Shower curtain got moldy. No ice after 8 am, workers staying there took all the ice. Lights kept strobing. Towels didn’t even dry after shower. Only two drawers and a few hangers for your clothes. Said room service, not. Floors were filthy, my socks turned ugly.

It was dirty especially the carpet. And there were purple sheets on the bed which was creepy.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable, HVAC worked well. Coffee pot with coffee. Great shower.
It was not disability accessible for me.
The curb to the sidewalk to enter the room was way too high for someone with leg/back issues. I needed help to step up.
Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient drive to Bakersville. I did not like anything else about the motel.
Cleanliness: room did not feel or look clean. Dark purple sheets with a very used blanket as a bedspread. The decor pillow on the beds were filthy. I went to Walmart and bought my own sheets and comforter set to put on the bed. I did not check out because there were no other options available other than going back to Ashville. I am afraid I cannot recommend nor will I stay there again.
Beds were comfy lighting was good. Everything smelled fresh and clean
Rooms are always clean when I come to stay. Nice family owned (I believe). I have came here 3 times so far and I love how each time it has been a peaceful & safe place to stay. Will be coming back again soon! 😊
There hasn't been anything that I have not liked.
Unfortunately the permanent residents hanging out dissuaded me from actually staying at this quaint motel. I spent a LOT extra to stay elsewhere.

Location exactly as expected. Accessories in good order. King bed total foam and very firm. I watched as cleaning staff cleaned and vacuumed appropriately. Check in was pleasant.
Floor shows signs of flood damage from two years earlier. Laminate flooring has separated from the base and seems to have mold growing between panels. I was afraid to go barefoot and wore shoes all the time.
