Room is too small. We stayed in room 220, really too small compared to the room my friend stayed at with a lower room rate.

We enjoyed the convenience of the downtown, however it should be disclosed that you can only valet park. That was not disclosed until we checked in.
That they required valet parking at $36 + tax a night.

No parking. Room I booked wasn’t available when I got there so I didn’t stay. Didn’t get a refund either.
Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and location was great but expect to pay $36 per day for Valet parking that was not advertised.
Absolutely one of my most disappointing Holiday Inn experiences. We chose the standard King room. This was the smallest room I have ever had in any brand hotel, room was clean but worn. I also chose it for the restaurant/bar. It had a very limited drink menu (very disappointed they did not have Crown Royal) and in the restaurant, we wanted to order a Flat bread pizza and was told they were out of Flatbread and mozzarella. Seemed the Bar and restaurant was an after thought in which they are trying to make it more upscale but failed.

Cost 36.00 a day to park. Pillows were flat. Room phone did not call front desk.
Property was nice and the staff was amazing!
Overall it was a great stay. Two things I would like to say about the room. The bed frame had a piece of metal sticking out of both sides of the bed. It appeared to be made that way, but I don't think the mattress was the correct fit or vise versa. This posed a hazard. Both me and my partner bumped it with our chin. The other item was the toilet seat. It was lose and not fitted properly causing it to slide around.
The room was clean and conveniently located for what we had planned. The AC, however, wasn’t working properly. Our only option was to downgrade rooms from what we booked or have a complimentary breakfast, which we did not want. They said they would put a work order in to have it looked at while we were out.
Came back at the end of the day and it still wasn’t working and our room was warm. Had the exact same conversation with no resolution. Very frustrating.
Staff was friendly. We had a phenomenal breakfast on Friday morning but then breakfast was closed Saturday and they were out of almost everything on Sunday which was super disappointing.
All good.
