I slipped in the bath tub cause there was no mat and I got really hurt bad and I called downstairs to let them know and all they told me was sorry that they don't put mats in the bath tub and just sent me extra towels so now am deciding if I should sue unless someone gets in touch with me

convenient
I’ll start with the positives, as there were fewer of them. The room was cleaned every day, and the room itself was quite spacious, including the bed.
Now for the negatives, because unfortunately there were many. The hotel is located in an extremely noisy area. If you’re a light sleeper, I strongly recommend bringing earplugs and melatonin. Unfortunately, the hotel’s renovation does not seem to have improved the overall atmosphere. The same type of unpleasant guests still frequent the property. Many were loud, disrespectful, and appeared to struggle with drug or alcohol abuse. I also noticed several people who seemed to be drug dealers bringing prostitutes into the hotel.
Police cars, ambulances, and fire trucks passed through the street outside the hotel constantly, often every 5–10 minutes. The neighborhood felt extremely unsafe, and I never felt comfortable walking around the area.
The walls are incredibly thin. On multiple occasions, I woke up because I could hear other guests having sex. You can also hear virtually everything happening in the hallway.
The first night was the only night I managed to fall asleep relatively quickly, probably because of jet lag and the long journey from Europe. On the second night, I slept only about 2–3 hours. The noise from the street, other inconsiderate guests, and one intoxicated person who was loudly playing music in the hallway and throwing beer bottles made it impossible to rest.
Even though the hotel may appear cheaper than some alternatives, it is absolutely not worth staying here. In fact, I don’t even think it’s particularly cheap. I paid nearly $900 for five nights.
Additionally, it should be noted that although there are clear signs stating that smoking is prohibited and subject to fines, there was a constant smell of cannabis throughout the entire hotel. The TV in the room also did not work.
My recommendation is simple: stay far away from this place.
Everything was complete like it was supposed to be everything very good. Excellent no problems. Good stay every time I stay here.
Everything fine everything good
