最高のお盆休みのスタートを切れました
Pros:

全体的に清潔感があり、ホテルスタッフさんも通りすがる度に挨拶をしてくれて大変気持ちのいい旅行となりました。

Cons:

受付の外国人のスタッフさんの日本語理解力が少し劣っており
会話が成り立たない部分があり、少し困った場面があったが
全然気にしていない

よき一泊でした。また宿泊してみたいと思います。
Pros:

赤ちゃん（4ヶ月）への対応がよかった。
職員が丁寧に対応してくださって安心しました。
食事が美味しかった。レストランで持ち帰り用のケーキが売っていて、その中のデイジーというレモンタルトがとても美味しかった。
朝食での持ち帰りのコーヒーに書かれた一言メッセージも嬉しかった。

Cons:

水回りについてシャワーヘッドや洗面台の排水用穴のホコリつまり、髪の毛が落ちている等はもう少し丁寧に掃除がなされているとさらに快適でした。インターコンチネンタルのグループでかつ宿泊料金の金額も高いのでそこまで求めたくなります。

もう2度と泊まりたくない

サービスが悪すぎる
コーヒーメーカーが壊れていて使えない
チェックインの後ロビーで待っていてと言われて荷物を預けて待っていても30分以上呼ばれず、スタッフに声をかけたところ、手続きはないのでお部屋で待っててくださいと言われました。
なんのために30分もロビーで待っていたのか。謝罪もなく、荷物もずっと部屋に届きませんでした。電話をしたら持ってきてくれました。

Pros:

Nice public bath, modern rooms, stunning lobby

Cons:

Shuttle bus was a mess at peak hours. Checking out guests are issued coupons for the bus but those staying guests taking it out may not be. Not first come first served, missed my connecting bus at the station because of an additional 15-20 mins wait for the bus to return to make another trip even though I turned up 10 mins early
