Hotel Indigo是這次輕井澤兩家住宿的飯店中我們比較喜歡的。飯店整個很有質感，人員服務很熱情，戶外景色很美。很多人在外面散步欣賞風景或發呆。停車場免費停車，飯店內有一家餐廳，附近有一家Lawson，不用怕地點較偏會餓肚子。
我們有三個人(爸媽+12歲屁孩)，小孩免費入住，並鋪好了沙發床。房間很大，還有小陽台和賞景的桌椅(但是太陽很曬坐不久)，房間洗卸是Biology系列，味道也很高級。房間竟然有一台Bose的藍芽音響，小孩很開心地開啟我的apple music連線撥放。提供的免費飲品有四種茶包(包裝有質感，很好喝，Art of Tea品牌)和Tully's的膠囊咖啡(機器也是Tully's的)
溫泉和健身房是獨棟建築，洗卸保養一應具全，也有毛巾，要泡澡可以輕鬆帶著房卡就出門。
離輕井澤車站有一段距離，但是有安排接駁車(只是班次不密集)。
沒有洗衣設施和drink bar(小孩想要喝飲料吃點心到飽的願望落空，但是有很有氣氛的室外酒吧)。
朝食のサラダ🥗とフレンチトースト、とっても美味しかったです！
全体的に清潔感があり、ホテルスタッフさんも通りすがる度に挨拶をしてくれて大変気持ちのいい旅行となりました。
受付の外国人のスタッフさんの日本語理解力が少し劣っており
会話が成り立たない部分があり、少し困った場面があったが
全然気にしていない
