施設的にはまた泊まりたいくらいよかったです！スタッフさんのサービスがより良くなるといいなと思います。

大浴場や、室内など非常に清潔で居心地がよかったです。

Cons:

最後、清算の際金額が間違っており、多く請求されており、非常に残念でした。
またサービスで出していただたプレートの子供の名前が少し違っていました。

今回、彼氏の誕生日旅行という形で利用させてもらいました。私自身、3.4年前から貴ホテルにいつか泊まりたいと思っていた憧れの1つのホテルであり、大事な人のプレゼントとして、とても楽しみに当日を迎えていました。
ディナー時の話です。プレートも出してもらい、予約の名前もですが明らかにお祝いしてる側とされてる側は明確だったかと思います。無事プレートのサプライズも終えて安堵していたのですが、会計を彼氏の方にスタッフの方が渡してしまい、彼氏が少し戸惑ってる間にも、ここで払うか部屋付でも良いがどーするかと話はどんどん進まれてしまい、私が話を遮って伝票をもらうということがありました。彼氏も悪気なく流れで金額は見てしまい、「良い値段だったね」とレストランを出た後に気を遣われてしまいました。
彼氏を祝いたいという気持ちと、普段仕事を頑張ってるお互いの癒しとして、少し背伸びをして貴ホテルを選びました。主役には値段は気にせずに楽しんでもらいたかったからこそ、とてもとても残念でした。
朝食時も粗探しのような追加の出来事になってしまい恐縮ですが、案内スタッフが空いている席を把握しておらずレストラン内を一緒に右往左往したことも、前夜の出来事があったからなのか、気になってしまい残念に思ってしまいました。
素敵なホテルでSNSでもよくまわってくるからこそ、期待値は高く利用される方々は多いと思います。特別な何かプラスαの一言や気遣いももちろんですが、私はそのプラスαは、あくまでもマイナス点がない時に、感動を生むものだと思っています。朝食時、happy birthdayとプリントされたカフェラテも、スタッフの方からの粋なサービスでいただきました。本来であれば私がお願いをせずに任意でしていただいたことはすごく嬉しいことのはずなのに、ディナーと朝食案内の時点で私は残念な気持ちが強く、そこまで素直に喜べない自分にも悲しくなりました。宿泊の背景を知っている者に対してのプラスαではなく、やってはいけない気遣いを改めて徹底いただきたいなと思いました。
本当に最悪なお話、私が伝票を奪った時点でそのスタッフが何かしら気づき、共有→翌日朝のレストランの受付の方やチェックアウト時等、私が1人になる時を見計らって謝罪があればホテルを出る時の気持ちは少し違ったかもしれません。うちにそこまでのサービスを求められるのは違うと笑っても構いませんが、私はそのくらいの期待をして数ヶ月前から予約をして楽しみにしていました。少しでも今後の参考にしていただけますと幸いです。

Pros:

전반적으로 깨끗하였고, 노천탕이 있는 대욕탕이 제일 좋았다.

Cons:

가격만 럭셔리였고, 직원의 응대는 그에 미치지 못했다. IHG에서 운영하는 호텔이었는데, 럭셔리 웰니스를 흉내만 내는 것이 아닌 조금 더 디테일하게 챙기는 서비스가 필요할 것 같다.

Very nice and modern hotel in the mountains
Pros:

Very nice and modern hotel. The rooms are very spacious for Japan and you can open your suitcase easily :) also, quite close to the ski resort and the shuttle bus works well!

Cons:

I would have liked to see more Japanese food options in the restaurant and not only Italian and pizzas. Also would have been better to have a bath where swimsuit is allowed and man and women can go together!
