It was a comfortable trip for me and my wife.

I did not use the service for breakfast.

Cons:

I wish there are more options for dining. The Italian restaurant was good but i was hoping for more varieties. Since we are in Japan, a Japanese cuisine will be nice.

JR輕井澤站到飯店有些距離，但喜歡步行的人可接受，是散心散步邊聊天可以走的距離，尤其那邊晚上無光害，星空超清楚！飯店也有提供免費接駁車 (要先查好班次)，尤其那邊晚上無光害，星空超清楚！
早餐 buffet 選項豐富，和風或西式都有，法國麵包超好吃，優格也好棒！
飯店人員親切，用簡易日文或英文都能溝通。
大眾浴池有室內及戶外池，在1月的-3℃夜晚，戶外涼爽氣溫跟40℃的池水相互平衡，不會讓人暈頭，很是舒暢！

Cons:

很希望能看到飯店在戶外空間有點燃篝火，在寒冷的夜晚一定很棒！
