回廊が素敵
建物　備品のデザイン
スタッフが丁寧な対応

Cons:

三人で泊まる場合　どうしても狭くなる？
と、諦めず　動線の確保に工夫してほしい

帰りは放置ではなく　見送りを取り入れると
リピーター率につながるのでは？
以前、リピート率の高い旅館に泊まった時
思いがけない心遣いを受け感動し、3〜4回リピートした記憶があります
紹介した人たちも、やはりリピートしたそうです
感動した内容は、それぞれではありますが
帰りは必ずお見送りがあります

周辺の景色も良かったですし、ゆっくり出来ました。
Pros:

朝食がおいしかったですし、スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で感じが良かったです。
どなたに聞いても質問に答えられ、待たされない所もGOODでした！
駐車場もゆとりがあって荷物の出し入れが楽でいいと思いました。

Cons:

特にありませんでした。
強いて言うならお掃除の方が外国の方なので、朝出かけるときに「おはようございます」「ありがとうございます」
「行ってらっしゃいませ」「おやすみなさい」を連続で言われたので、笑えました。

Cons:

Everything was nice and the quality was good. The staff was exceptional (reception, coockers, cleaning and maintenance staff, waiters) The dining room is a little noisy but not important because the Food is excellent and the atmosphere is magic.

Pillows were of inferior quality even after they change my pillow. I had stiff neck after 1 night. I used the couch cushion.
