Bien relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Una ubicación privilegiada, cerca de muchos buenos restaurantes, y centros comerciales, parking, lugar espacioso.

Cons:

No hay elevador, es un edificio medio reformado, la habitación tiene varios problemas de mantenimiento como goteras, y fugas de agua, pero para un par de días bien.

Pros:

Kleines Aparthotel. Sehr großes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Komplezte Küche mit viele Gläsern und Tellern. Mirowelle aber kein Wasserkocher. Schon etwas älter aber noch gut in Schuss. Nette Mitarbeiter. Wäscheservice 10 USD für eine komplette Maschine, lohnt sich, wenn man etwas mehr hat. Aufstrebender Stadteile mit viele großen Apartmenthäusern und sehr hoher Bautätigkeit. Großer Supermarkt um die Ecke. Restaurant 10 zu Fuß. Viele Uber in Reichweite.

I really liked the cleanliness, kind staff and super convenient location!
Pros:

The location is perfect, especially if you're going to a concert nearby, walking distance to the Felix Sanchez Estadio, very clean, and nice staff. You scan to get in and out, which is great. Grocery store is almost right across the street with a nice restaurant next door. I have lived in the DR, so I feel comfortable there but this is a great place for someone coming in from out of the country because of how close everything is, and it is a safe area.

Buena opción en Santo Domingo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de restaurantes y supermercado. La habitación es limpia y cómoda. La señal de internet es buena, tiene parqueo en frente al edificio.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son viejas, y la pared del baño estaba con el ladrillo suelto a punto de caer.
Quedamos esperando el agua caliente por algún tiempo, para poder duchar.
