Pros:

Appartamento molto spazioso; la stanza da letto è ben illuminata, sia grazie alle luci, sia grazie alle ampie finestre che danno sulla piazza

Non sono riuscito a regolare il riscaldamento; avrei voluto abbassarlo leggermente

No reception and no communication about check in at the time of booking! Instructions how to get in sent to my email 2 days before arrival, which I couldn't check as I didn't have access to internet at the time. We were stuck at the front door of the building, no reception and spent 15 euros on phone (roaming) to call your office. It would be good to have instructions how to check in at the time of booking.

Pros:

Check-in molt fàcil i ràpid. Les llits eren súper còmodes i la cuina molt neta. El lavabo molt bé.

La ubicació una mica lluny, però bé no ens podem queixar.

Pros:

L'appartamento era molto grande e ben organizzato. C'era a disposizione quasi tutto. La pulizia era ottima e a 5 minuti dal centro.

Cons:

Peccato perché lo staff non era in loco ma in collegamento da remoto e non parlante italiano, il pavimento del corridoio per arrivare all'appartamento è una grata, non è molto bella la sensazione per chi soffre di vertigini. Mancavano gli utensili per pulire e asciugare la cucina dato che noi siamo stati una settimana e la sera mangiavamo presso l'appartamento. Si sentivano I passi di quelli dell'appartamento sopra di noi.
