Hôtel très propre, confortable, un bon petit déjeuner le matin, à quelques pas du métro ce qui facilite la visite de Naples

Cons:

Personnel distant, grosses difficultés pour se garer, il est préférable de réserver une place de parking directement à l'hôtel, place payante à 20€.

Cons:

Chambre avec porte donnant sur le couloir non phonique et lumiere . Aucune pro activité de la part du personnel à l’accueil sur des conseils sur les restaurants, sur les transports, sur les visites.

Het hotel heeft totaal niet aan onze verwachtingen voldaan: het personeel onvriendelijk en totaal niet service gericht, de kamer was erg stoffig, lift kapot, zelfs het handvat van de toiletborstel zat los zodat je de toilet niet eens normaal kon schoonmaken. Na 2 weken rondreizen en in fantastische hotels te hebben gezeten, was dit een flinke domper. Napoli is top, dit hotel niet.

Ottima posizione a 2min a piedi dalla metro di Mergellina, struttura storica che conserva tesori del passato, camere pulite e attrezzate, colazione per tutti i gusti, staff super gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Nella stanza 106 non usciva acqua calda dalla doccia però, considerando le temperature, non è stato proprio un dispiacere

Totul a fost foarte bine de la hotel la personal. Micul dejun a fost copios si delicious. Ne-a placut si recomandam Palazzo Cappuccini Art Relais.

Cons:

Ne-am fi dorit sa avem acces la setarea temperaturii din camera. Ar fi fost mai ok sa modificam oricand temperatura in functie de situatie. A trebuit sa sunam de fiecare data la receptie. Ne-au ajutat, dar am fi preferat sa nu fie nevoie sa tot telefonam. Este adevarat ca eu am o sensibilitate la aerul conditionat si nu il pot tolera mult, insa nu puteam sa stam nici in caldura verii asa ca am tot apelat la ei sa ne ajute cu schimbarile. Cred ca nici lor nu le-a fost usor.

Ci tornerei sicuramente.
Pros:

Palazzo storico, le camere ristrutturate in modo impeccabile. Tutto molto pulito e accogliente. Colazione ottima, in particolare il cappuccino di Fabio. Buona posizione e possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto prenotando il posto.
