Rezervasyonumuz olduğu için geldiğimizde isim karışılıklığından odamızın aynı isimde başka birine verildiğini öğrendik ve başka odaya geçişimiz için yaklaşık 2 saat kadar bekledik. Böyle karışıklıklar olur hiç önemli değil ama en azından küçük bir telafi amacıyla 1 saat de olsa geç çıkmamıza müsade edilebilirdi. İnsanlık hali canları sağolsun ama oda çok temiz, konforlu ve rahattı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Family run establishment with friendly and helpful staff. However rooms are very dirty. Pillows had rips and tears, heating system didn’t work properly, the location was close to the city Center, but the area of the hotel was scary and unsafe to walk at night.

Also im gesamten ist es ein Hotel welches zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend ist.
Beim Frühstück sollte man aber keine hohen Erwartungen haben. Kein offenes Buffet und eher mangelhaft.

VÆRSTE HOTEL NOGENSINDE
Pros:

På billederne fremstår hotellet godt og pænt.
Men i virkeligheden er det det værste hotel jeg nogensinde har været på.
Meget uhygiejnisk, service var mega dårligt.
Værelserne var små, og meget upraktiske.
Lugten af toilettet kom ind på værelset.
Der var meget fugtigt og en masse skimmelsvamp.
Morgenmaden var meget dårlig og ikke som vist på billederne.
Derudover var hotelpersonalet meget uhøflige og man følte sig meget utilpas og uhørt hvis man var utilfreds med noget bestemt.
Mine venner og jeg havde bestilt to værelse men de nægtede at give os to værelse ved siden af hinanden, grundet pladsmangel.
Jeg advarer aldrig vælge dette hotel !!!!

Best service offered by staffs, spa is lovely, welcoming staff, would like to book again. Staffs organised day trips almost everyday and seen so many places within 7 days of stay.
