It was very good. The orange juice machine was not cold.

We booked this hotel during an out of state visit with family. Our booking was paid in full prior to arrival. After we had arrived we noticed the pool was closed. When staff at the front desk was asked why the pool was closed they said it had been for awhile as they are awaiting an inspection. We had booked this hotel specifically as the photos of the pool and the breakfast was very appealing especially to my 6 year old son. There was NO indication that their pool was closed on their website, nor were we notified at check in. When I asked when the pool was supposed to open staff shrugged their shoulders stating “don’t know.” Front desk staff booked us on the top floor with a view of the neighboring hotel’s pool from our window which caused my son to be very upset. We were then advised we could utilize their “sister hotel’s pool.” A few miles away from the hotel which we did as we were already checked in and a refund could not be completed. We arrived at the sister hotel location and their staff had no idea our hotel was sending guests over and we had to speak to managers to “grant permission.” Their pool was TINY and less than 5 feet deep and it’s deepest point. My son was very disappointed in this pool. And I At the service of the sister hotel, the lack of changing areas and the requirement of having to transport to our hotel wet in a rental car. The windows and floor was dirty. The breakfast was alright except the pancake maker was broken (another selling point for us).

The only bad thing I have to say was the pool was out of order and my husband was planning to take my grandson down and couldn't

The hotel was clean, well kept up and very quiet. The room was spacious and well stocked with amenities. Would stay again

We had no internet or tv untill late that evening. The elevators were way too slow. We could walk the stairs from the 2nd floor faster than the elevator was going. The breafast buffet was not very good at all.the scramble eggs tasted very watery the bacon was very overcooked. They leave their creamers out all day without any ice. My coffee did not taste right with the creamer they left out

Room 224 stunk, not sure why or what I just hope it wasn’t mold or sewage

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I should have sought a property without pets. The Manager handeled the issue with the barking dog.

Family went down for 2 nights super clean super friendly and the breakfast was the best I have ever seen at any hotel don’t question it don’t look anywhere else just book you will be glad you did !!!

Very clean hotel and front desk workers were very professional and helpful! Breakfast very delicious and lots of food! I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and will continue to use this hotel every time I visit Jacksonville.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Comfortable beds, very clean, and great staff! The front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast staff were all fabulous! Will definitely come back when in Jacksonville!
