El callejón donde se ubica estaba un poco sucio y olía mal pero se entiende que es parte externa y no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, en fin 10/10

Is well located and priced decent as longest you get a decent room
Pros:

When I arrived at the property my first bad impression I had was that the room I got was in really bad shape with stains on the mattress on both beds and the room had a window facing the neighbors which they had about 20 dogs on the roof barking none stop so I knew this was going to be a problem during at night,the furniture was very old and beat up but luckily after going to the front desk they were able to give me a better room in a lot better shape but the lady at the front desk maybe the manager before giving me the other room was asking if I had use anything which I didn’t like the toilet or something else but I was only at the first room for no more than 10 minutes so I have a feeling the was just a excuse to say no but they ended up giving me another room with no windows but that’s okay……also to get a control remote to use the tv you have to leave a $100 pesos deposit which the guy at the front desk never mentioned when I checked in ..the second room was in better shape and clean,the hotel is located very close to the zócalo and surrounded by restaurants ,taco stands,bakery and stores

Tiene su caja fuerte y servicio de entrada y salida 24 horas

Cons:

El control de televisión estaba un poco dañado, y tardaba para poder encender la tele o cambiar el canal, nunca pude encender el ventilador

La zona estaba cercas de muchas cosas

Cons:

Solo me quedé dos días!! Pero un día de esos como a las 4am el ruido de la gente me despertó deberían ser concientes que hay más huéspedes y no hacer tanto ruido ya que el piso de adentro es madero no se que tenga que ver pero todo se escuchaba, eso no me gustó nada

Me gustó mucho pero no creo regresar
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena aunque se encuentra en un callejón pero esta a dos calles del zócalo, el personal es extremadamente amable y la habitación se siente cómoda y limpia.

A modo de recomendación para el hotel

Las almohadas son muy grandes a menos que se quiera dormir casi sentado, no sirven, hace falta unas mas pequeñas, en el baño no solo hace falta un tapete para salir de la regadera cómodamente sino que es necesario para evitar accidentes y el sobre de shampoo es imposible abrir sobretodo con las manos mojadas, sería bueno poner dispensadores o sobres fáciles de abrir, para el control de la televisión es comprensible que pidan un depósito para poder tenerlo pero mencionenlo al check in, asi evitan al cliente estar buscándolo en la habitación y después tener que ir hasta la recepción por el

Se encuentra cerca de un bar, disco o antro no sé que sea pero se escucha mucho la música durante toda la noche y es difícil dormir, el callejón es un poco oscuro y hay un local de comida justo enfrente lo que también te hace estar escuchando por la madrugada y por mañana cuando están arrastrando mesas y sillas y los trabajadores se gritan y chiflan mientras tu intentas dormir.
El Internet es muy malo y frustrante
En general el hotel me gustó pero por estos detalles ajenos al establecimiento ( excepto el Internet) creo que no regresaré

Clean, good location
Pros:

Location, clean rooms.

Cons:

I requested four double rooms with windows, which I paid for early. The fourth room was on the ground floor behind the reception. Very small, stuffy, with a small bathroom and a foiled window that couldn't be opened. I could hear every noise from the reception and the staircase. This was my third time at the hotel, and I didn't expect this. :(
They only gave two people one bottle of water and you had to pay for the TV remote. This is not fair!

An average hotel in a great location, but nice and cheap.
Pros:

Clean and quite well presented. Cheap and excellent location.

Bueno, bonito, barato. Lo recomiendo!
Pros:

La ubicación y la limpieza lo hacen excelente para estancias de unos pocos dias por el centro. Tiene buenos servicios y aunque el edificio puede parecer algo raro en varios aspectos, en realidad el hotel está bien, El precio es justo a mi parecer. A mi familia le gusta por que es super céntrico y una de las mejores opciones relación calidad-precio. No es una maravilla pero vale la pena.

Cons:

Las camas y almohadas se ven bien y estan limpias pero a mi son algo rígidas y un poco incómodas pero nada que no se pueda soportar unos dias, supongo. Las amenidades no son de lo mejor pero estan bien!
