There was a problem with the first room, management helped us and moved us to a different room.

it is actually a motel (a place for having sex that you can pay per 6,12,24 hours) and it’s posted as a hotel, the prices online are much more expensive than paying at front desk, and I asked for early check in and they said no, when it’s actually a motel and you can show up at any time while you pay per hours.

Este establecimiento también es motel y eso no lo avisan en la app. En algunos momentos fue incómodo tener vecinos de habitación por horas que hacían mucho ruido y no permitían dormir. Creo que deberían ser claros en su descripción.
Por otro lado, el primer día no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación. Cuando se les preguntó la razón mencionaron que debían haber avisado si querían limpieza en el momento del check in, cosa que nunca se preguntó.
Bonitas habitaciones y gran bañera de hidromasaje en las suites principales. Buena iluminación y decoración. No hay lugares para poner la ropa. ese fue el mayor inconveniente.
El buen servicio al cliente
Es hotel es muy bonito, todo muy limpio y de buen gusto. El personal es muy amable, y la comida del pequeño restaurante es muy buena. El único detalle es que deberían hacer saber que funciona como "hotel de paso" o motel, ya que esto puede ser un poco incómodo para los que viajamos con familia y no sabemos esto. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo muy bien.
