This hotel is very, very nice… I gave it one star because it is two hours from the center of town and I rented a Motorbike and drove it back-and-forth its soooo far, and in order to do anything in and around this city you need to go into town.
We are not the type of couple that just likes to sit on the beach and do nothing all day if that’s what you want stay here.
However, when I brought this up with the Hotel staff and we were supposed to stay for two more nights they refused to give us a refund.
I have never heard of a Hotel that does not let you check out and give you a partial refund if you’re not happy.
Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and peaceful. The room was comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Melia team for the nice services , we enjoyed every moment Ms Fon at front desk was so respectful and nice she helped us a lot during our staying even we have extended a day to enjoy our staying more, also the restaurant team and the chefs they served a very delicious food the restaurant staff was so concidrative Ms Kyi was so nice and she maked sure that we really enjoyed our food
