Welcoming kind reception 'David '
Pros:

Reception staff 'David ' was very helpful and very kind. By his welcoming, we felt safe. Nice buildings.

Cons:

It's fall time, very few people were in the Hotel. So even breakfast wasn't served at Location duetothis. We had faced many unwelcome occasions in Dresden.
