Für Dresdenausflug gut geeignet.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal.
Gute Lage ausserhalb von Dresden.
Tramhaltestelle gleich neben dem Haus. Zimmer sauber.
Tolles Essen.

Cons:

Schade war, dass der Aussenbereich nicht gepflegt war.

Pros:

Der Gutshof ist zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wenn überhaupt, wurde nur einmal in der ganzen Woche das Zimmer gesaugt. Die Heizung im Bad war verstaubt und auch sonst war es nicht sauber, Flecken auf dem Boden, Duschtasse in den Ecken schmutzig. Das Brot beim Frühstück war trocken und alt. Es war zwar von allem was da, aber alles ziemlich lieblos hingestellt. Pudding statt Joghurt, ein paar Äpfel oder Apfelsinen und völlig harte Kiwi, was schwer wurde zu zerschneiden, da kein Messer dafür vorhanden.
Überall verstaubte Kunstblumen in den Fenstern. Der Eingang war immer schmutzig und der Empfangsbereich war nicht einladend. Beim Ausschecken musste ich den Schlüssel hinter die Theke legen, da niemand da war. Das angrenzende Hotel, was dazu gehört, war nich schlimmer. Im Eingangsberwich saß eine Dame, völlig unmotiviert, so dass uch Fragen musste wo es denn Kaffe gibt. Es ist ja kein Drama, wenn man an einem Tag dorthin zum Frühstücken musste, aber dann sollte man sich auch um seine Gäste kümmern.
Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Ich war sehr enttäuscht.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Man muss nicht mit dem Auto in die Stadt.

Cons:

Leider war der Fahrstuhl defekt.

Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung

Cons:

Auch wenn Economy war das Zimmer mit Bad einfachster Standard. Einige Dinge müsste der Betreiber im Auge haben. Der Parkplatz war früher kostenfrei, jetzt kostet er auch noch extra.

Es ist für uns immer wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Gutshof Hauber. Ruhige Lage, schöne Umgebung, freundlicher Umgang und erholsame Erlebnisse machen einen Urlaub perfekt.

Cons:

Der Ausfall des Fahrstuhls war eine Überraschung, die wir aber mit etwas sportlicher Betätigung gut meistern konnten. Achtung: Könnte aber zum Problem für andere Gäste werden.

Alles soweit inordnung gewesen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber.

Cons:

Ich finde das Frühstück für 15€ pro Person etwas zu teuer.
