Pros:

The host did not send us check-in information before our stay. We struggled to get in contact with them, and when we finally did they seemed unaware of our reservation. When they finally found our reservation the apartment we had booked were occupied and we were heavily downgraded without any apologies. One door to one of th bedroom was broken and the host made no effort to fix it during our stay. We were offered a small compensation for the whole ordeal, but far from making us happy. Maybe we where unlucky, but the company ha no customer care whatsoever.

Pros:

It was wonderful. Only minor issue was the vanity counter is very small which leaves no room for cosmetics or hair straightener.

4인가족 여행으로 화장실이 2개로 알고 갔는데 미리 통보없이 하나는 사용불가였습니다
이틀동안 불편하게 작은 하나의 화장실로 네명이서 사용했습니다
미리 언급이라도 있었음 좋았을텐데 아쉬웠고
층간소음이 심했어요

Neu, modern und sehr zentral. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gute Betten. Etwas laut bei offenem Fenster, da an einer größeren Straße gelegen.

O apartamento é mto novo e bem equipado, tem tudo o que precisa para o usuário.

It’s a lovely little apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The communication was great! There were some items missing. For example, no wine opener. The shower door leaks out the bottom. Overall a lovely place and a great price!

This was my 2nd stay here in the month! I brought my family this time and they absolutely LOVED IT! The rooms are pristine and its the only place Ill stay when in Florence! Great communication, beautiful area, safe and absolutely wonderful! My son attends University in close nearby area. Thanks again for a great stay! A

Well maintained apartment in great neighborhood
Pros:

The property is top notch and well maintained. You have everything you need for your stay. Location wise it is 15 min walk to downtown Florence. Everything you need are around and within walking distance. The communication with the property staff were always fast and responsive. The check in information sent via email will in the day of arrival. Don’t need to worry if someone will be at the location to get you in. You just need to upload your required documents before your arrival and you all set. There is grocery store nearby and great places to sip a coffee and get pastries . The only thing to mention that the apartment doesn’t have the washer and dryer in the apartment but rather it’s a public one in the basement that include the iron abs iron board. It would be worth mentioning that in the description. The apartment we get was in the main floor facing the Main Street so it was noisy especially during the weekend nights with cars and motorbikes making load noises during the quiet night. I would recommend to have booklet for all the kids instructions for trash disposal and other stuff in the apartment. I know the information where available in the electronic form but wasn’t sent till the day of check in and while you are traveling you don’t get the time to review all these information.
