The rooms are too tiny for the Price.

From bugs in the room to lettuce on pizza, this hotel is far from what it promises online. Maybe AI helped polish the photos, because the reality was disappointing.
We decided to dine at the hotel restaurant. Twenty minutes after placing our order, the waitress informed us that one of the pizza ingredients wasn’t available — only after we’d already been waiting.
The shrimp tempura? Cold on the inside, warm on the outside — clearly microwaved, and still in its shell. Imagine biting into that and spitting out bits like sunflower seeds.
Then came the real shocker: lettuce leaves on the pizza. I’d expect this from a casual diner, not a restaurant inside a supposed 5-star hotel. Isn’t there a minimum standard?
Back in our room, our key card suddenly stopped working when we tried to access our floor. The receptionist blamed it on “contact with a phone,” yet we could still access other floors.
And finally — the cherry on top — a dead bug sitting by the coffee station in our room.
Can someone explain how this is considered a 5-star experience? Because honestly, it felt more like a 5 out of 10.

The service was poor for an Executive room. The water wasn't going down in the shower, it overflow to the room and i called and they fixed the shower but refused to clean the water from the room. I almost fell. No towels on time. Not many options for breakfast

Nice hotel to stay in Abidjan.

Clean room and public areas. Room is quite and nice, with AC.
Nice swimming pool, which helps to relax after busy days.
Very friendly stuff, especially Patrice K. at reception - always welcome and helpful with any kind of request.
All in all - perfect place to stay in Abidjan.

Was a great hotel to spend time.

This hotel has the best rooftop bar and pool in town! Sunrise view is spectacular. The spa is also amazing with beautiful area with sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi. Everything is new and the rooms are nice too! Staff super helpful and kind.

A great hotel .

The room service atrendant came to my room at 2am and ask me to pay for my meal bill . They had the option to add the bill to my room tab . This attitude is unaceptable . I did not appreciate the way i was treated . I hope management will be inform of this incident and no other customer will have to go through that kind of treatement being a guest to any hotel . I am very upset

Just nice

It was a great and fascinating experience with a very dedicated and professional staff across the board. I need to cite particularly the lady at the reception, Sonia, always ready and willing to help, with a smile. The iftaar was fabulous with the staff doing a tremendous job.

Beware the “upgrade”. Not all the room are set up the same. After booking a normal city view room, I was told at the reception that I had been upgraded to a larger lagoon view room. This sounds good in theory, but in practice, this style room is very impractical, especially for a business trip. There was no desk or table to set up a laptop workspace, and customer service was not able to supply one. The bathroom has no mirror whatsoever for shaving, etc., no towel, racks or hooks,and no curtain or partition for the shower, which results in flooding half the bathroom every time you shower (see photo). Not all of the rooms are set up this way, your experience may vary. On the plus side, the view was nice and the bar and pool areas were nice to relax. This might have been a 5- star experience in a different room perhaps.

In hotel everything is the best and very friendly staff especially Leticia , she is very kind , at the bar lady call Gloire does a nice cocktails too . Going to the reception all of them are active with nice smiles . Mention to Mr .Slim and Isabelle and Aicha very helpful people .

The Noom Hotel is always a great The facilities are great and centrally located. But I am always impressed with the staff.Isabelle , at the reception has always been attentive and professional. She helps answer certain questions I have about the hotel and the local area. It makes it enjoyable being around the entire reception team. Laetecia, with someone else who stands out to me. She is always at the breakfast area. She seems to remember everyone’s name and she is always positive in her approach. You can tell that she works with the staff in the breakfast area and they seem to respond very well to her. I feel that she is the reason that the breakfast is always so wonderful. She is always so professional and is always willing to give helpful ideas. Arsene, is always making sure the team is welcoming us at the parking ramp and entrance to the building. All three of these team members make it enjoyable being around the hotel. And lastly, I cannot forget, REINE. She is great to work with and coordinate a different business ideas we have. She is a true partner, and I value her in the work that we do.

I will always stay at the Noom Hotel, when I visit Abidjan

Property has a beautiful restaurant, pool, bar etc 10/10 . Very pricey , my room had an odor which was not quickly. The metal detector at the entrance was very off putting. Rooms are very small for those rates .

My stay to Noom Hotel Abidjan was fantastic. I have benefited superbe services in all domain. The staff is super professional, kind and very committed to serve the clients.
From ground 0 reception, to the main reception at 7th floor, the room attendance, restaurant and bar, at every stage, the service is highly appreciated.
Please note that at the main Reception madam Jeanne EKOUN and her team are highly professional ,indeed very special.
I will not forget the front officer manager mr SLIM who is eager to assist client at anytime during the stay.. a very special man, highly professional.
I will nit forget KENZA , SONIA and others who are very appreciated.

The Hotel is truly stunning. From the design, to the finishes, to the lovely scent in the building. It is modern and offers lovely views of the city.

The staff also offer exceptional service. We travelled in September 2024 for Business, and I needed a European plug. The staff were willing to go out and find one. I really enjoyed my stay.
