Pros:

J’ai adoré la chambre, la vue et le personnel. Tout était bien. Le nettoyage était fait tous les jours. Mention spéciale à Miss Jeanne Ekoun pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Elle a vraiment contribué à rendre cette semaine agréable et c’est avec grand plaisir que mon fiancé et moi reviendrons.

Cons:

Quelques petits détails à améliorer : à notre arrivée, il manquait des serviettes, ainsi que du savon dans la salle de bain, et cela s’est reproduit à plusieurs reprises. Ce serait bien de vérifier systématiquement ces éléments lors du ménage. Le téléphone fixe de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas non plus.
