Pros:

שהינו 5 ימים בלרנקה במלון Liv Urban suites באנו בהרכב של חמישה , הורים ו - 3 ילדים גדולים.
לקחנו את ה mini suite שכללה שני חדרי שינה, חדר אחד עם מיטה זוגית , החדר השני עם 2 מיטות נפרדות ובסלון מיטה מרווחת נפתחת. בנוסף בדירה היה מטבח עם מקרר גדול , כיריים חשמליים, תנור , מיקרו , שני חדרי אמבטיה ושירותים.
הסדר והניקיון היו מושלמים.
המלון מרוחק 10 דקות הליכה מחוף finikoudes ומהטיילת.
למי שצריך , בית חב"ד נמצא במרחק של דקה הליכה מהמלון.
בקיצור השהייה הייתה מושלמת.

Pros:

The place was amazing.
Parking. Location. Size of the place. We are a family of 5 and the place was good for us. Everything was above the expectation. When we needed to checkout the staff offered to keep the luggage on their housekeeping room.

Cons:

to prevent light from coming in might be better to check the curtains at night.

התארחנו לילה אחד ב־LIV URBAN Suites והייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת. היינו משפחה גדולה: אנחנו, זוג, יחד עם בתנו הנשואה ובעלה, ועוד חמישה ילדים שלנו. שכרנו שלוש דירות: דירה אחת עבורנו, דירה נוספת עבור בתנו ובעלה, ודירה גדולה עבור חמשת הילדים.
כבר בקבלה קיבלנו יחס חם ושירות יוצא מן הכלל. אפשרו לנו לבצע צ'ק אין מוקדם, מה שעזר לנו מאוד. בטעות אחד הילדים שובץ בתחילה באחת מדירות המבוגרים, אך מיד כשפנינו לקבלה וביקשנו להעביר אותו לדירת הילדים, תוך כחמש דקות הכול כבר סודר באדיבות וביעילות.
אהבנו מאוד את החדרים הגדולים והמרווחים, את החניה השופעת ואת המיקום המצוין, במיוחד בזכות הקרבה למסעדה הכשרה ולבית חב"ד. היחס האישי והנכונות לעזור בכל בקשה גרמו לנו להרגיש רצויים, ובהחלט נשמח להתארח כאן שוב.

בסך הכול הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת, אבל יש כמה דברים שאפשר לשפר.
ניקיון הדירה יכול להיות יסודי יותר. כדאי להשקיע יותר בתחזוקה השוטפת של חדרי האמבטיה, כדי למנוע הצטברות של עובש ואבנית. חלון חדר השירותים שקוף, וניתן לראות דרכו מהבניין הסמוך, מה שפוגע בתחושת הפרטיות. כדאי גם להתקין רשתות נגד יתושים על החלונות, כדי שניתן יהיה לפתוח אותם ולאוורר את הדירה. כשהגענו היה ריח קל של טחב, ומכיוון שאנחנו רגישים לכך, זה היה מורגש.
במקרר היה בקבוק מים רב פעמי שלא הרגיש נקי ונעים לשימוש. לדעתנו, מחווה של בקבוקי מים מינרליים לאורחים עם ההגעה תהיה שימושית ומוערכת יותר מאשר מברשות שיניים חד פעמיות או נעלי בית, שאכן היו בדירה והיו שימושים.

Modern, very clean apartment, walking distance to holy church of St Lazarus and the beach
Pros:

Modern apartment exactly like the photo’s. The apartments were spotless and the cleaners did a fantastic job of making everything clean and tidy.
Location was great for us as it was a little out of the centre, close to the tennis courts and an easy walk to the church and beach.
We arrived late, so was sent a video showing how to gain access to the apartment which was easy to follow.
Parking was part of the ground level of the apartments and free, so we could park a hire car to use for exploring.
The team regularly provided bottled water in eco cartons, which was a lovely touch.

Cons:

The upstairs bar area isn’t staffed and closes at 10pm, but this worked out great for us, as we were able to use the space during the day to bring up our own drinks and relax.
There was a function using the upstairs area one evening but this didn’t cause us any issues.
Before the trip, we were at risk at being moved to another place within the liv urban apartments, but we explained that we chose the place for the location and the team were able to honour our booked location, which was greatly appreciated.

A clean and pleasant stay in Larnaca.
Pros:

The room was perfect for our one night stay in Larnaka. It was super clean, with an easy check in system and a really helpful staff member who assisted with our taxi booking to take us to the airport in the morning.

Cons:

It was slightly noisy outside - but nothing that shouldn't be expected in a busy place. It didn't really cause an issue.

Modern, beautiful and clean apartment
Pros:

This is a serviced apartment with room cleaning every other day and towels changed daily if required. The apartment is spacious and clean. Drinking water is provided daily.

The only issue I have is that its a 10-15 minute walk to most of the restaurants.

No on site cafe/restaurant
