NON HANNO L’ARIA CONDIZIONATA 🔥🔥🔥 E NON HANNO SEGNALATO IN FASE DI PRENOTAZIONE.. FATTE ATTENZIONE QUANDO PRENOTATE .. Passato un Giorno Terribile con Madrid que Faceva 45 Gradi , e loro che mi Offrivano un Ventilatore .VI Consiglio di attrezzarvi o chiudere direttamente per la stagione Estiva .. Terribile !!!

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y es muy tranquilo, para estar en el centro pensé que iba a haber un poco de ruido pero no. Es moderno y cómodo

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado tener la cocina dentro de la habitación, está el espacio para ponerla.
Podrían también dar más información del convenio para el desayuno, no sabía los 7 euros qué incluían así que no lo compré.

3 ימים במדריד עם 36-38 מעלות בחוץ, בחדר קטנטן, עם מזגן שלא עובד בכלל!!!! בצהריים אין מה לדבר על לנוח בחדר. בלילה בקושי אפשר לישון. והמחיר מטורף - החברים שלי לנו במלונות 4 כוכבים ושילמו ממש כמוני. אני עומד לדרוש פיצוי מהמלון. לא מספיק לענות לי בוואטסאפ שהם מצטערים על התקלה

Pros:

Perfektní ubytování prakticky v centru, super komunikace s ubytováním, vybaveno vším, co potřebujete. Velká spokojenost, Boba rádi využijeme i v jiných městech.

Cons:

Jen drobnost, nešla klimatizace, ale byl připravený a zapnutý větrák, takže i v těch vedrech to bylo snesitelné.

Staff was friendly and willing to help. Everything else sucked.

Cons:

There was no AC and it was 40 degrees Celsius in Madrid at the time. I overheard them say the AC had been broken for months. The right thing to do would have been to cancel the reservations or at least notify the guests beforehand. I also got locked inside as I was leaving to the airport. The building has a gate they close at night, which you can open from the outside with a passcode. It was impossible to open from the inside and I had to wait for a couple to come inside to let me out.

Agradable
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, sobre una calle llena de comercios y a poca distancia de la gran vía. Hay una estación de metro a unas cuadras desde la cual se accede facilmente al aeropuerto. La habitación es moderna y tiene detalles que son muy valorados. Habia tostadora, jarra eléctrica y varios utensillos de cocina para poder comer en el lugar si qusieras.

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Para volver luego de estar todo el dia fuera en pleno verano fue algo que claramente hizo bajar mi percepción del lugar. Aunque el personal fue sumamente rapido y efectivo en darme otras opciones para resolverlo. De todas formas el aire acondicionado no funciono durante toda mi estancia.
