This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had traveling. We booked this property based on the listing photos and description, but the reality of the room we walked into was completely different.

There were visible stains throughout the unit, including on the bed, walls, and sofa. The sofa bed was especially disgusting — the mattress was stained, torn, and didn’t even have proper sheets or bedding on it. There was also a noticeable odor in the room, and the toilet would flush but waste and toilet paper were not properly going down. The entire place felt dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard being advertised online.

To make matters worse, basic hotel-level services like daily cleaning and towel replacement were additional paid add-ons rather than included amenities, which became even more frustrating considering the condition of the room itself.

We entered the room, looked around briefly, and immediately decided we could not stay there. Instead of spending our first night in Madrid dealing with an unsanitary room, we had to scramble to find another hotel last minute.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of any meaningful on-site resolution. There was nobody available to actually address the problems in real time, and it ultimately took roughly three days of repeated follow-up just to get a resolution. Ironically, once Booking.com became involved and contacted the company directly, there was finally a response in less than 24 hours.

Despite not staying overnight or actually using the accommodation, we were still charged for the first night and the early check-in fee. We ultimately ended up staying at a Hyatt nearby for only about €60 more per night, and the difference was unbelievable larger room, larger beds, spotless, excellent service, and significantly better amenities across the board. It made the contrast between the two experiences even more glaring.

Las dependencias, pagué desayuno, pero era en un local cercano, limitado a 8 EUR. (Pague más de 20 EUR x persona) además solo desde las 09 AM, si tomas un tour o planificas actividades se ven cortadas si vas x el desayuno.

Barulho da Rua e falta de vedação acústica entre um quarto e outro. Hóspedes vizinhos fizeram uma festa particular e não conseguimos dormir.

Helmikuussa oli huoneessa kylmä tehdä töitä. Kun aurinko paistoi, lämpeni huone. Ikkuna ei ehkä mennyt kiinni kokonaan, koska ääntä kuului kadulta viikonloppuna aika kovaa, piti olla korvatulpat. Aamupala oli tarjolla vasta klo 9 lähtien, mikä on hankala työmatkalla

Digital team and lack of communication with local team, did not fulfil promise to seperate beds, had to deal with issue myself without follow up by digital team. Hardware is a bit dated and room is badly isolated from sounds from street and hallway.

Unfortunately, I had trouble finding the place and then getting into the place. Don’t pay for the breakfast! You get an 8 euro allowance at a nearby restaurant that doesn’t open until 9:00am. The 8 euro doesn’t even cover 2 scrambled eggs and a coffee. The gym is more of a training facility. There are very few machines and most are being used by the trainers. I didn’t know how to use a French press coffee maker.
