Pros:

Lo unico que rescatamos positivamente es la atencion del staff y el restaurante.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación estaba en muy malas condiciones; la ducha y lavamanos llenos de sarro. El boton de la cadena del WC sucia tambien. Las sabanas de la cama estaban rotas, indigno! La terraza de la pieza en mal estado también. Lo peor sin duda, fue la falta de transparencia con nosotros, puesto que jamas se nos dio aviso que teniamos a menos de 20 m una construccion con ruido todo el dia y polvo. De haber sabido, no veniamos! Uno busca descanso y se encuentra con este tipo de sorpresas…
En las areas comunes, las lamparas estan sucias y rotas, la piscina en mal estado y si uno nada dentro, llena de pelos y bichos. De verdad lo encontramos una falta de respeto.

It's like sleeping at your favorite restaurant with a pool and beautiful property!
Pros:

The food was the best food I've ever had at a hotel. This exceeded our expectation the most and really elevated the entire exprerience. The chef came out to greet us and would make whatever we wanted - although we stuck to the menu because it was all amazing. The included breakfast was incredible and a lot of food and drinks for being included. The staff really got to know us and were awesome.

Cons:

We got the room with a private pool but never used it. I wish we got the rooms on the second floor with a view.

La comida cara pero es espectacular. La limpieza si creo que deberían poner más atención por ejemplo teníamos alberca privada y estaba sucia desde que llegamos y no la limpiaron en toda la estancia. El servicio de algunos meseros es muy muy malo muy lento.

Pros:

This property was safe and made us feel like our second home. If we needed anything at all they were most accommodating! In fact one night we stayed with friends out of town and they contacted us making sure we were ok which made us feel good! Everyone on the staff was amazing!
