The rooms were lovely and clean. The location was close to everything that we needed.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
We will definitely stay again.
Nothing at all not to like.
Everything
Friendly staff and very clean
Room at the front was prettt noisy until about 4:00am. To be expected I feel in city centre but a little sound proofing would help.
Top locatie, leuk hotel, leuke inrichting! Gezellige sfeer, fijn bed, fijne kussens, schoon.
The hotel room was spotlessly clean and the shower was spacious and fantastic.
The facilities were great – the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel.
The staff both at reception and in the bar and restaurant were wonderful, so helpful and didn’t mind chatting to me.
The food in the restaurant was lovely, even if the menu was slightly limited, however that didn’t matter.
The buffet breakfast was extensive and well laid out, and the waiting staff were unobtrusive but professional and very helpful.
The location was so well placed right in the middle of the city – perfect for sightseeing and anything else!
It was my first ever visit to the city of Liverpool, and staying at this hotel has made it a pleasurable and memorable trip. Fantastic!
The only real minus at this hotel is lack of on site Parking. The nearby car park however, was cheap and easy to find on foot.
My only niggle about the hotel would have been that tables in the breakfast room were a bit too close together and therefore privacy was not very easy, particularly in the busier times, although it was quite easy to choose one of the quieter times for breakfast.
The property was in a brilliant location right in the middle of the city, right round the corner from the Opera house.
The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in – absolutely lovely and the situation of the room was brilliant, it had a fantastic view. The bathroom and shower were luxurious and spotless.
The checkout time of 12.00 p.m. reflected the relaxed and flexible atmosphere within this lovely hotel.
The service from reception and bar staff was 2nd to none - they made it their business to chat and help, they seemed very interested in me as a person - I felt really special.
I found the nearby car park quite hard to find and access in the car but that was not the hotel’s fault, who were quite upfront about the parking situation – and it did provide 50% off the car park fees which was great.
If I’m totally honest I could have done with a wardrobe and a few more hangers, but that didn’t really matter much in the grand scheme of things!
