Beautiful property with friendly staff and well-appointed rooms - pick the Japanese style!
Pros:

Beautiful entry way, rooms are wonderful and quiet. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The coffee was really tasty and free. The location could not have been better.

Clean, friendly, central. Would stay here again!
Pros:

I stayed in a superior twin room with my adult son. It is modern, yet has a traditional feel. The room was small like many hotels in Japan especially with 2 suitcases, but we managed. Well sound insulated, the hotel was busy, but we had our sanctuary. I loved the cleanliness and the comfy beds. Fresh, comfy cotton PJs every day. The bathroom the onsen worked well for us. The toiletries good quality. We had our own toilet separate from the bathroom, also clean and functional. The communal clothes washer easy to use. Abundance of toiletry needs, toothbrushes, combs etc.
Staff super helpful and friendly, with some English. Well organised.
The hotel is easy to reach en foot from the station and is situated centrally, easy to walk everywhere. Once inside the hotel, the bustle stays outside. I used to live in Kamakura 36 years ago, and loved this location. I would stay here again.

Cons:

As in many Japanese hotels, my son could not use the onsen because of his tattoos. He is not able to cover them with plasters as he has hairy legs. I understand the tradition of no tattoos in onsen, however I hope that in years to come it will ease.

Bellissimo soggiorno.
Pros:

La camera era molto spaziosa, pulita e bella. C'era un'atmosfera "Giapponese" con colori caldi ed accoglienti. Con mia figlia abbiamo pernottato una sola notte, tuttavia ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è proprio sull'isola pedonale di Kamakura.

Cons:

Il check in alle 15, lo anticiperei almeno alle 13.00, preferibilmente alle 12:00.

Perfekt und zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, vom Bahnhof aus sind es nur wenige Minuten dahin. Es ist ruhig dort und alles andere ist auch problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mein Frühstück wurde für mich angepasst, da ich Vegetarierin bin. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Nichts! Es war alles perfekt für mich und auf meiner Reise durch Japan das beste Hotel bisher.

疲れがとれた宿泊。
Pros:

丁寧な対応。夕食のお店は、地図付きの紹介がありよかった。施設面も良い。
朝食の和食選択美味しかった。
洗い場は少ないが大浴場がある。
駅に近く、立地条件よい。

Cons:

ロビーのトイレ男女兼用１つ。
大浴場のシャワーがすぐ止まるので桶に溜めて洗髪が必要で不便。

We would definitely reccommend this property. 150m (5 min) left of station exit.
