鎌倉を楽しめました

A hidden gem in Kamakura!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and nicely sized, not too large not too small. Nice to have both western and japanese options. Staff was very friendly, spoke english well and allowed us even to store our luggage AFTER checking out. The area is nice, restaurants and beaches are close. I would totally recommend!

Pros:

I appreciated that they had two menus to choose from for breakfast. We did enjoy the American breakfast. Loved that they had a washer/dry combo machine that does a complete load. Only wished they had more than two machines. Really enjoyed the skin care products they provided with face wash, toner, and moisturizer.

Cons:

Bathrooms are extremely small with no room to place personal items needed or towels to hang. Do not have blow dryers for hair.

みんなに泊まってほしい
Pros:

駅から近く、利便性抜群でありながら閑静な場所にあり、夜も静かで本当に良かった。またチェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも大変助かりました。雨の中ホテルに戻った際も、エントランスにタオルが用意されており、ホスピタリティも良かったです。ここに決めた1番の理由の大浴場は、大人数で宿泊する際に大変便利で歩き疲れた身体も湯船に浸かることで大分楽になりました。施設も綺麗ですし、鎌倉に泊まる際は常宿にします。

フロントの対応とかは感じ良いが、細かいところがもう少し。
Pros:

すべてよかったです。
スタッフの対応は感じ良く、大浴場も空いてる時間だったせいか、
清潔感あり、のんびりできました。

Cons:

朝食時のスタッフ対応が無愛想でした。
下げてない食器のところのテーブルをアルコールで拭くのも、ちょっとやっただけで
きちんと消毒してない感じ。
(お客はきちんと見ています)
