I have spent a lot of time in US hotels during the second half of 2023 and the first half of 2024, and I have to say that I was surprised by the standing and the service I received during my stay for what I paid. Drinks provided for free, fruits basket provided as a welcome gift, free complete - I really mean complete - breakfast every day. As previously mentioned, the service was outstanding, and I take this opportunity to thank Saki for helping me booking some services I wouldn't have been able to book myself on Chinese websites, among other things. Only drawbacks were the TV channels selection and the Internet that were not really foreigner-friendly due to some government restrictions.
Overall, I would book this hotel again and again.
