The Worst service I've ever experienced.
I checked in around 14.00. I paid cash, unpacked and went sightseeing. When I came back at 20.30 I was told that someone else booked this room online and all my stuff was lying in the corridor. I was told I can sleep outside on the terrace (!) or find myself different hotel. I travel a lot but it was the worst experience I've ever had. Moreover, later it turned out that EUR 50 was missing from my luggage pocket. STAY AWAY from this place.

写真通りのインテリアで、広々としたお部屋でした。立地も市街地に非常に近く、観光にも便利です。カッパドキアらしい洞窟風のデザインが魅力的で、地域ならではの雰囲気を味わえる点はとても良かったです。

一方で、いくつか残念な点もありました。
まず、チェックイン前にExpediaのシステムを通じていくつか質問を送りましたが、返信は一切ありませんでした。チェックイン当日は午前中に荷物を預け、14時からチェックイン可能との案内を受けたため15時にフロントを訪れましたが、部屋の準備ができておらず、実際に入室できたのは16時半でした。長旅の後で早く休みたかったのですが、屋外の屋上スペースで待機せざるを得ず、非常に疲れました。

お部屋についてもいくつか問題がありました。照明が暗く、いくつかの電球が切れていたことに加え、予約した2部屋のうち1部屋は下水のような強い臭いがあり、非常に不快でした。もう1部屋は暖房が機能しておらず、夜間は肌寒く感じました。さらに、どちらの部屋もシャワーのお湯がぬるく、寒い季節には不十分でした。

フロントスタッフにこれらの問題について相談しましたが、「全く臭わない」「そんなことを言うお客様は初めてだ」「シャワーの温度は十分だ」と言われ、改善の対応はしてもらえませんでした。対応も終始冷たく、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。

また、バスタオルは生乾きで匂いが気になりました。2日目の朝には、スタッフがビール缶を手に共用スペースで話しかけてくるなど、宿泊施設として不適切な振る舞いも見受けられました。ランドリーサービスも事前の料金説明がなく、シャツ2枚・下着1枚・ズボン1着で20ユーロと割高に感じました。仕上がりも生乾きで、ビニール袋に入れられたまま返却された点も改善を望みます。

さらに、フロントには常にスタッフがいるわけではなく、夜間は電気も消えており、不安を感じることもありました。

総じて、設備・サービスともにホテルとしては不十分で、素人がベッドを提供しているゲストハウスのような印象を受けました。ロケーションと雰囲気は良いだけに、運営体制の改善が望まれます。

We arrived on our honeymoon. The hostess seemed nice at first, but by the end the whole impression was spoiled. When checking out, we left our suitcases at the reception, as she herself suggested and insisted that it was safe. We were gone for 1.5 hours, during which time a huge amount of money was stolen from my husband's luggage. We were afraid to carry it with us, no card. We found it in Istanbul. All attempts to contact them were ignored. When an aggregator contacted them, the hostess's son somehow answered, with maximum mockery and unwillingness to help. "I have more important things to do, look for your money elsewhere" - the words of the hotel owner to his clients. Strange, right? Of course, they did not provide recordings from surveillance cameras. There is no longer any doubt about who is guilty of the theft. Everything will be back to you, Fatima

Parking, unlike mentioned, is on street and left on your own. Not really 'included' in hotel. Some rooms were really cold (basement, cave) & some were too hot with fans available only on ask and limited to 1 per room. Location is a big plus and room size was fantastic.

Le lieu est très beau et a beaucoup de charme. Toutefois, au vu du prix, c’est une catastrophe. Les draps étaient sales et humides lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Le propriétaire nous a expliqué que c’était normal (?!!) il fallait juste ouvrir la couette le temps que celle ci sèche avec l’air… irréaliste. C’est la première fois de ma vie qu’on me dit ça. De plus sur le côté d’un drap il y avait une tache de nourriture… établissement à éviter.

Very nice place and rooms. The host very nice and helpfull. The place had a good location and view to sun rise and bolloons. Very nice and clean room.

The hotel is located right in the center of Goreme with easy access to restaurants and surrounded by the incredibly beautiful landscape. The room, while small, was clean, well equipped and very tastefully decorated in keeping with the cave motif. We could have stayed longer if only we could see better with more lights in the room . Incidentally, had we known that the hotel was a few steps from the bus stop, we would not have wasted giving 30 euros to our unscrupulous taxi driver.

Es el mejor hotel de goreme la recepcionista es sumamente amable y está cerca de todos los lugares además la habitación es increíble en todos los aspectos las camas son muy cómodas el baño grande y funcional un excelente hotel y sobre todo muy amable la señora encargada excelente en todos los aspectos

Even if specified as a non-smoking place we felt like we were living in a hashtray during our stay.

She refused to help us call the airport or arrange transport to retrieve our bags that the airline lost, insisting she would only help book tours (so she’d get commission). We obviously took our business elsewhere.

Room was dank, dark, smelly, fetid and hot (hey, to be expected, right? It’s a cave). But ours also had no window or any ventilation at all unless we left the door open, in which case the owner’s car would run in. ZERO housekeeping during a four night stay. One morning Fatima came in to the room not realizing we were still there and then left abruptly, which was strange since again, she didn’t clean at all while we were there, not even to empty trash or replace toilet paper. She kept trying to get our friend to "gift" her the gold earrings she was wearing. The last few days she spent laying on the couch in reception saying she was sick and yelling at guests to close the door (the only way in or out). She did not keep her distance from us our our toddler and as a result we were all sick the rest of the two week trip with whatever she had.

All in all, would NOT recommend.

Excellent location with friendly, family oriented staff. They make effort to accommodate and are extremely helpful and friendly. There is a cat named Murphy who is also friendly. The accommodations are very clean and sophisticated. Perfect for 3 nights. Location was really exceptional. Parking available on the street nearby. Nice area to walk around at night. I would stay here again if I were to return.
